Regina Pools & Spas

Regina Pools had us swimming in a week as promised! When I decided in June to finally put in a pool, I asked questions of current pool owners and went to several companies for proposals and estimates. I quickly found out that not all companies are created equal. Regina Pools thoroughly went over all aspects of the job, ie., pool location, required distance from house, septic, etc. they also checked out the electric panel to ensure adequate space. The other contractors just wanted to sell a pool and did not properly locate the pool to meet Balto County requirements. As a recent widow tackling this job was rather scary, but my husband & I had talked about a pool for 3 years.. Mr. Stefanski and Mr. Roche stood by me all through the process and there were no surprises. The job was schedule to start the end of June 2008, started on time with the workmen arriving as scheduled. They broke ground on Monday and the following Monday we were in the water. The patio surrounding the pool was poured the following Monday. I had considered using a different concrete company that I knew personally, but reconsidered because of the scope of the job. The concrete contractor provided by Regina's definately the correct choice. They put in necessary drainage lines for runoff since my yard is hilly. Everyone who has come to see the pool is in total awe!I have since heard of numerous pool horror stories with other contractors, some people started there pools in the beginning of the summer and were still waiting for completion.I am so grateful for Regina Pools for exceeding my expectations, for making this major project as stress free as possible, for putting up with my changes and for making me proud of accomplishing this project which was my first major decision.My family gathers at our home an this is a wonderful added attraction in keeping us all together..

Regina Pools intalled our new pool in May 2007 and they did a great job! When we decided to put in a pool, we did a ton of research. Our neighbors had Regina build their pool 20+ years ago, and finally had to put in a new liner 2 years ago. They highly recommended Regina. The owner of the company, Fran Stefanski, helped us every step of the way, from design and construction, to showing us how to take care of our new pool. Every person who worked on the job was curteous and professional. We went from a patch of grass to a pool filled with water in less than a week! I stopped in the store last week to purchase chemicals for the new season and was greeted like a family member. The customer service we have received has been exceptional. Everyone in the store is very knowledgable and nice! We highly recommend Regina Pools and Spas if you are considering putting in a pool.

I was surprised to see negative posts here, and I have to wonder if these are legitmate complaints because our experience was completely positive.

I am writing in response to the posting of Joe R. from Timonium and his experiences with Regina Pools & Spas. The description of his experiences is not at all like the Regina Pools & Spas that I know and have had extensive experience with over the last 7 years. Fran Stefanski and his company designed and installed our swimming pool on time and on budget accommodating our every whim. The job was done professionally, with even Fran (the owner) performing some of the oversight and labor himself on-site. The workmanship and quality have been top rate. As with anything mechanical, there have been a very few problems, but Regina has been very professional and quick to deal with any issues and repairs. While they may not be the cheapest source for supplies, we patronize them because they provide value for the dollar plus that something extra; personal attention and service. If I have any question whatsoever, I know that it will be answered quickly and correctly. Great product, great staff and great service. That's been my experience and continues to this day.

This place is very close to my home. I have run into Regina Pools & Spas for just one thing and left with so much more. If you are looking to buy a pool or spa, this is the place to check out first. They have many set up for you to see and actually try out if you dare. It's better to see the spa in action before purchasing one. The employees are helpful determining your need and the supplies are more than adequate. I was very pleased with my shopping experience.
