Heritage Cadillac Bel Air

I run a printing and lithography business in Harford County. For the last 8 years we have purchased 11 trucks from Will Wells and not one time was anything not as we wished. If only more companies realized how important it is to have and reward people like Will. I have also sent a myriad of people to Will, friends and neighbors who have thanked me again and again for the introduction. We can't say enough good about Will Wells.

I too agree with so many of the customers of Will Wells. In my entire life I don't remember meeting a more charming and honest individual. I know of at least 5 people who have dealt with Will and never had anything to say but great things. When in for service I was offered a loaner but felt I didn't need it as I was planning on shopping with my Sister that day. Anyway, my sister dropped me off later that day and I was waiting for my car when I received a call from the Nurse at my Sons school saying he had been hurt in gym and was being transported to the hospital. My Sister was on the beltway in traffic by this time so I was stuck. Earlier in the day I had made it a point to stop in and see Will so I knew he might be there still.
As soon as he saw me he could tell I was upset so I told him what had happened and could he either get me a loaner or let me take my car right away. I could not believe what happened next, Will said that I was too upset to drive and took me all the way to Mercy hospital, I was worried out of my mind by this point. Will stayed with me for over 2 hours until my husband finally got home from work and Will said he was going back to work.
The next morning the doorbell rang and Will had sent "get well soon Ice Cream Cake for my Son! This is all true, I still can't believe it.
The next time I was in Will was on vacation but I mentioned to the service manager what had happened last time. His reply was that "Will does that sort of thing all the time". Can you imagine that in this day and age? There are people who care out there and Will Wells is one.
Thank goodness my son healed fine, other than the cast and my family will never buy a car from anyone else, ever. God Bless Will and his family.

I bought a new cadillac escalade, after the sale was made the sales rep was horrible, I would not recommend this dealership!!
They installed the wrong tv monitors and won't do anything about it. The sales rep even hung up the phone on me when i was talking to him about it.

I shopped around for my Mazda; I knew what model I wanted for a few weeks before purchasing. I just wanted to find the best deal that I could get for this major purchase.

I stopped at the Heritage Mazda Kia dealership in Bel Air and met the Most Honest car saleman I have ever encountered - - Will Wells. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who lives in Maryland. It is worth your time and gas money to go to Bel Air to buy your car from him :)
