I was so angry the day I went and shopped at Hechts that I started crying. I ran into problems with 3 of their employees and after not getting helping from no one I drew the line. They are in the middle of trying to improve the store but from what I experienced I think its a waste of their time!

PROS:
CONS: Too Expensive!, Rude Employees, Very Unhelpful Store

Hechts is the biggest store at this mall - they always have great deals on sale priced items - and they also have great coupons in the paper that i constantly am using.
