While the novelty of the show has kind of worn off for me, I think the food is outstanding. It is always good. The chefs - some are great, some mumble a little too much, but it's always entertaining for first timers. A little pricey compared to other chains, but you get a lot of food that is somewhat healthy and always yummy!

The food is superb and on the healthier side! Fire can get a little hot but the "show" is well worth it. A little pricey but you definitely get a full course meal with salad, soup, meat, rice, and veggies. Fried rice is a must! Our 3 and 5 year old love it too and they are normally some what picky eaters. If you are taking small children, be leery as to their fears of big fires and how that may affect them. Think about sitting the little ones on a corner of the table or on your lap prior to the start of the chef cooking. They can always move after the show gets started if they feel comfortable enough. Wonderful experience!

My wife and I love this place. Not only do you get great tasting food but you also get a whole show of the chef cooking it. Some chefs are more animated than others so your experience can vary but 90% of the time we have got a good one. Our favorite choices are the lobster, fillet Mignon and scallops. You seriously must upgrade to the fried rice. This in itself is worth the visit. Is it pricey? Slightly. $75 per couple with beers but this is not your usual boring chain restaurant. For special occasions it is worth the little extra. We have tried other similar restaurants but have never found one where we enjoy the food as much as the show as we do at Sakura.

It's an interesting dining experience. We enjoy watching the chef cooking food infront of us. My son loves watching chef throwing food in the air, then caught it. The food itself tasted ok, nothing exciting. I will say it's more show than taste of food for the reason to go. I think it's kinda pricy too.

PROS: Dinner show
CONS: Price, food smell stays on clothes
