I initially had some problems with reimbursement from my employer, but UMUC took care of it very quickly and professionally and did not charge me for any sort of late payment. They assign everyone their own advisor who can help with any problems you might have, and can assist you with registering for new classes as well. The website they have is very interactive and easy to navigate, and the course info pages are also easily accessible as well. All of the teachers have been very professional, and the courses are planned and coordinated very well, especially for online classes.
