The staff at Queens Nails have always been wonderful to me, the salon is very clean, and
I have always been helped as quickly as possible. They are usually pretty busy in the evenings and on weekends, but it's because they are the best in town! The pricing is excellent, too. I've been
going for 2 years and I won't go anywhere else!

I was there as a walk-in because they know me and usually can fit me in even if I do wait 15-20 minutes, which I don't mind at all but I was there on Friday night and waited 30 mins to be acknowledge and another hour to be taken. By that time I could only get my eye brows waxed because I had to pick someone up from the airport so I scheduled an appointment for Sunday at 11am to get my nails done. I was there on Sunday for something that normally takes 45 mins-1 hr, and I was there almost 2 hours! I requested for the french tip to have more curve and not be so thick (requesting him to fix it) and Peter said he would do it next time which I'm sorry, I work full time and I'm a single mother and this is the only thing I do for myself... I was disappointed mostly because I have always gotten excellent service no matter what I was getting done there until recently. Thought this would help someone else and lets be honest, I needed to vent!
