1) Took my car in to have the driver's door repaired (someone backed into it). Thought they would do good work, since I saw a lot of high-end cars at their facility.

2) When I went to pick it up, noticed additional damage made by Mileone to the bumper and door was not totally complete/repaired. The bumper was dented on both the passenger & driver's side; don't know how it happened, but it wasn't there when I dropped the car off.

3) Was asked to bring the car back to have these things fixed. When it was all said and done, I ended up bringing my car back 3-4 more times. Of course, each time they provided me w/ a rental. (On one occasion, they left a piece off of my car and had it sitting on the passenger's seat. I had to ask them what the piece was for & why it was sitting on the seat!)

4) TERRIBLE work. BEWARE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

PS The secretary was also unpleasant. I hated having to speak w/ her every time I called.

please do not take your car to this business for repair. Two years after a "NEW" air conditioning system was installed( complete AC sytem with supposed new parts; it has failed. Paint job is cracking. I can not believe the workmanship or as their manager states, craftmenship is acceptable. I feel screwed by them and want to earnestly warn people not to take their car to them for repairs. YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Do not take your vehicle to mile one collision center in Glen Burnie, MD. I took my wife's kia sedona for repairs and it was the worst experiance we've had. The job took 27 days to complete and when it was finally ready the job was substandard to say the least. Panel molding had a gab and need to be replaced, the driver side door is not leveled and u can see a gap between the door frame and the fender, black grease all over my lether seats, paint on mirrors, paint dust all over the inyerior and exterior of the vehicle and poor customer service. Now i have to bring the van back for another 4 days to have the work repaired. Filed a formal complaint with USAA my insurance company.

The company doesn't communicate to you properly about the problem with your car, how long it will take and the work is not satifying. The adjuster lies to you and the keep your car too long for what needs to be done.

The repairs should have taken one week. They had my car over the 30day insurance cap. They never communicate unless I initiated. They used the peice meal ordering process for replacing parts. They appear to be to closely connected /friendly with the claims adjusters and I question if their loyalty is to the insurance folks or customer. They finished the painting and body great. The additional non body work however wasn't done correctly or completely. I took the car somewhere else to complete the work. 2 stars is my satisfactory level.

I just had my Mercedes S550 repaired and they did a wonderful job. They were all very professional and polite, the front desk was very helpful as were the repair coordinators and techs. My vehicle looked brand new again when I picked it up. They paid a great deal of attention to details and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The whole staff deserves a pat on the back!
I would recommend them to anyone and everyone they are a wonderful company with a wonderful staff. They well be my bodyshop for life! Thank you Collision Works

Please, I repeat, PLEASE do NOT take your vehicle to get repairs done at this location or any of the other branches. The comments that others have left in previous reviews are absolutely true. Your car may very well be in a worse condition once they have performed work. You will be likely to find additional scratches, loose gaskets, and even dead insects laying on the seats of your vehicle (yes, it happened to me). I also noticed that there was extra mileage on my car. I also noticed that the shop tried to get away with applying touch-up paint instead of sanding down the body of my vehicle. I waited over a month and a half for a week's worth of repairs, only to find out that my car was STILL not repaired. I was told to bring it back in this morning so that they could complete the repairs within 24 hours, only to find out that they left it in the lot and another customer crashed into my vehicle and caused more damage! Who knows how much longer I will be waiting, how many more deposits I will have to pay to enterprise rental, and how many more hours of work I will miss in attempt to drive back and forth to get my vehicle.

The work done here is terrible. You will find that any other body shop in the area will complete more professional work. The people in charge of repairing the vehicle will do their best to avoid you and communicate with you through their receptionist, who will do his best very best to misinform you.

Please contact the Better Business Bureau if you have suffered from being their customer. More people need to be protected from their disservices.

I've had four repairs done at this facility over the course of 17 years and each time they did an outstanding job. I support this business.

I dropped off my 2003 BMW 330CI for minor body work after someone backed into the right front. I got a call from MileOne Collision Works located on 11408 Old Baltimore Pike Beltsville, MD after 3 days of work. I walked up to my car and immediately noticed the right indicator had a 2 inch crack and it was not properly secure, the paint had sand or dust stuck to it as if they paint it outside on a windy day, some small indentation were still visible, the head lamp was not replaced, so it had scratches from the accident, my car smell like cigarette smoke. I pointed out the unprofessional workmanship to the staff, I was told that the person that put in the light does not speak English very well so, it might have been a communication problem...SERIOUSLY. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

The car was at the shop (in & out) for almost a month. The workmanship was sub-par, car was dirty upon delivery, a different part of the car was damaged (which is why the car had to go back), someone in the office felt put out because directions were asked to a sister shop in VA (joked around with telling the customer that VA beach was only location, there is one in Northern VA) highly recommend shopping around for a different auto body shop! Customer beware!

I took my children's Hyundai Accent to get the front hood repaired and thought it looked great. I would return to them again if I had to. For the other writer below who had the left or right side of their vehicle repaired and had damage when the vehicle was returned. The contract you signed clearly states that they will not be responsible for certain things. That's why I took the face of the radio out of the car and took it with me. Maybe a good suggestion would be take pictures of your car before you drop it off for service.

I had left side front fender damage and when I got my car back from mileone, my right side head light had some type of tape or glue residue on it and my BMW emblem on my trunk was damaged. an employee removed the sticky residue from the right side light, but denide the damage to the BMW emblem. He said it was from normal wear and tear. I can assure you that my car did not arrive to them that way. I don't think he counted on me inspecting the entire car. My car is four years old and the emblem last alot longer than that. I think they put some tape on the emblem and took of the lettering with the tape.

I've taken my BMW M3, my Range Rover Sport, and my Mercedes CLS63 to Collision Works for repairs and paint work, and have never been disappointed with the outcome. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the final product has always been done right and on time. I would recommend Collision Works to anyone needing paint or body work, regardless of the amount or scope of the work needed.
