Loved it!! Went in to do nails and a massage. Yelena did a great job relaxing the muscles, the music was soothing, the decor simple and calming. The manicure lasted for 2! weeks -- do not remember last time had such a wonderful service. True proffesionals. Would go there again for the next service.

I have never had such perfect service. The front desk girls were so friendly and helpful.

I have difficult hair, and in the past, all the salons I've gone to have tried to flat iron it to death, in attempts to tame it. But Jolie was different--they enhanced my natural hair. The first salon I really love! ...I have been to see Sam and Danielle

The prices are I think well worth the quality and service which clients receive. Hair and beauty is something I have always enjoyed shelling out more money for.

I went to this spa for a couple's package. My husband was getting a deep tissue massage from Dominic, follow by a facial. His massage was acceptable, but our facials were significantly less than acceptable. Clients changes clothes and put on the robes in changing room, where you have lockers to put your clothes and lock. After my facials, I was walked into the changing room by my facial person and she closed the door behind me. As I was changing, a woman staff walked in without knocking on the door. She just simply swing my door wide open! Then within 10 sec another lady (this is a client), knocked on my door, and said "well, my stuff is in there too!". I opened the door this time, and ask her to wait for 1 min. I myself has really just walked in, because my facial person just walk me into the changing room. At that point, i had 2 choices, invite this other person to come in "who indicated her stuff is also in the same room", or politely ask her to wait for me to change in 1 to 2 min. I quickly put on my clothes, (which is just 1 pair of jeans and a sweater, and put on my shoes). Then i said to her "it's all yours". She replied thank you and suggested that I took over her changing room space because she needed to get to her things when i was in there. I assumed most people who are polite would wait their turn because the room is small, and it really just fit 1 person.

I called the spa this morning, and ask them if they can put up a sign to ask the client to wait their turn if there is someone already inside the changing room. They said they cannot do that because it is the corporate level policy to decide what sign can go up. I find this very un-intelligent. They did not apologize but instead, they said it is the client's fault because they believe it is the client's fault. I ask them if they can post any sign outside the changing room to wait or take their turn.

I believe most clients go to facials for a relaxing experience. But imagine after you facial, you are being rush like this, and told that you are occupying someone's space.

Other than this experience, the actual facial was not great, but not bad. My facial therapist was able to get some of my blackheads out, but did not complete the extraction process. I had to ask her to do the extraction because her next client were waiting outside. ( Note that I arrive 30 min early because I walked with my husband to the spa, and his massage appointment was 1 hour prior to our facials).

I called the spa this morning, and the receptionist just said "they cannot put up any sign", and there is nothing they can do". Then since we are clients, there is nothing we can do either because we cannot go inn and put up a sign for them.

I would not recommend this spa to anyone. It is the worst experience i have. If you are looking for a relaxing experience, I would recommend that you choose another spa.

Pros: nothing

Cons: Crowded rooms and poor customer service

.

It's not mega luxurious but the staff is very kind and helpful. The treatments I've received have all been professionally administered and pleasant experiences.

Now it's just horrible. I've been here for hair, waxing, nails, facial, massage, etc and every time I've left extremely unhappy with the environment and the element. I keep coming back because people are still giving gift certificates from here not realizing how bad it's gotten. The people who work here seem to not understand that people come to relax. On two separate occasions in the last few years I had repair persons come to the room I was in receiving a service in and interrupt my service. More than once when I've been there their air conditioning was in disrepair and it was uncomfortable inside the salon. I also had to sit through an otherwise good pedicure maybe 8 months ago while some girl who worked there "trained" another girl and talked throughout my entire service about how many famous rappers and musicians she had given manicures/pedis to. I did have a great color guy in the hair salon part but he left and went somewhere else? A friend went in for a massage this summer (also as a result of a gift certificate) and had the masseuse remove her tennis bracelet without asking and without telling her where she put the tennis bracelet. Then all the sudden the bracelet disappeared and was never found again? The spa did reimburse her for her jewelry, but, this left me definitely not wanting to go back.

I have been to jolie for spa treatments once and left reasonably satisfied unfortunately the same can not be said for the two salon visits I have had there. The 1st was a trim and while I arrived on time I was made to wait while the hairstylist finished with another client, she then proceeded to rush me through my appointment as her next appointment arrived half way through my cut. I am used to walking out of a salon feeling like a million bucks ( I usually go to VIdal Sassoon) but this woman did a half-hearted job blowing out my hair and it was still frizzy and damp when I was shooed out of the chair. I should have just left it at that but I was foolish enought o have scheduled a trial up-do for my wedding with this woman. SHe did not blow out my hair before putting it up in fact did no prep work with my wavy/frizzy hair (from humidity) she reassurred me at the end (when she could see by my expression that I was displeased) that on the actual day of she would blow my hair out and "make it more perfect". I was charged the same amount for this trial as I would be on the actual day of, so is it too much to ask that I receive the same quality of service. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AND WILL ADVISE FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY AS WELL!

Went there for a leg and brow wax. The wax was way to hot for my legs and she seemed to be taking out 30 years of agression while pulling off the wax strips. I wouldn't have cared if it had actually worked! $50 and a few less layers of skin later my legs are in no way smooth and she missed a bunch of spots.

I didn't find them to be very friendly either. May have said two words to me and then left me hanging in the room when she was done. Had to figure my own way back to the front desk and she was no where to be found. I also found that the rooms didn't have much ambiance. They needed a fresh coat of paint and some color. I was unimpressed. (I also agree with the previous post, I felt very very rushed!)

My friend and I just treated ourselves to a girls day of pampering. We had massages, facials, manicures, and pedicures. The girls at the front desk were super sweet- and the massage that I had was awesome- ask for Debbie! They even gave us a free paraffin dip for our hands since it's so cold outside.
