I recently had a Tv repaired at Executive Tv and the service was excellent. The customer service person who assisted me was very informative and the technician explained what was wrong and what he did to repair it. I would definitely have another set repaired as well as recommending there service to someone else

My experience with Executive TV was very positive. My Samsung TV needed repair. Samsung send me an email stating that an authorize service repair shop would be contacting me in a couple of days. Sure enough before 2 days Executive TV called to schedule an appointment. Executive TV accommodated my availability day. They even gave a courtesy call of 1 hour notifying me when they would arrive. The repair personnel were at my residence on time. They greeted and introduce themselves. Fortunately, things only got better. My repair went smoothly without error. I would like to thank all that was involved in making this experience positive starting with Karen the woman that assisted me on the phone and the repair professionals Mike and Earl.

I am another Samsung customer who needed warrantee work done. Executive TV set up an appointment me to come out between 11- 3. At 3:15 I called. They put me on hold, came back and said the repairman was 30 minutes away. After an hour, I called back, he was still 30 minutes away. After another hour, I called and he was 5 minutes away. He never showed up. I called back at 5:50, was put on hold and after 15 minutes gave up. I called Samsung back and they are sending another company out. I strongly advised Samsung to get rid of them as a contractor as they are giving them a bad name.

this is the mos stuped company y ever work whith they are not profecional .They my tv for more than 3 months and they have repeir it DON'T EVER DO BUSINES WHIT THEM.

Samsung sent them out to repair a tv that was defective. In the process they damaged the back bracket with a power drill so that it can no longer be hung on the wall. The back bracket fits into the back of the tv so the whole back panel must be replaced. They denied doing it and "Al" yelled at me on the phone that his tech said the holes were already stripped when he came out, which is impossible because the tv was on the wall when they came here. Samsung won't help me, I will not allow anyone from Executive TV back into my house, and I have a TV that cannot be hung up. Never again will I buy a Samsung product because of their policy to use Executive TV at all.

I have been dealing with Executive for about 20 years. All of my experiences have been nothing but positive. Al and his staff have always returned my calls. My repaired TV and all four phones have worked great. I will continue doing buisness with them.

These people are beyond terrible. They are rude, misleading and fail to do anything they've promised. The "manager" Al is the worst. Refuses to return calls. Why are they in business????

As a royal customer to Samsung I bought a 40-inch LCD almost 2 years ago. Everything was perfectly fine until 4 months ago when the screen frickles and turned black without image, audio was working fine.

The technician came and took the TV the first time was almost 2 months after me calling so many times to find our why it took so long. After it got delivered back 3 days later it broke again with the same symptom. Now it is being fixed and it is another 2 months of waiting time. The person who answered the phone was definitely rude and not very useful. Even the boss did not seem like he cares about what is going on there.

Quite disappointed in the product and service from Samsung, definitely will go for Sharp or Sony the next one. And try to stay away from "Executive TV"

Plain and simple Ghetto op. Ordered the wrong part. Samsung sucks also for having them an authorization service center. They shill have the TV can't say when I'll get it back today no answer on the phone. STAY AWAY!!

First of all, the lady who answers the phone sounds like she's pissed off that you called. They are incredibly rude and it took them two months to get a part in that should have taken about a week. When they came to fix my TV, they never actually fixed it. Then they told me to call back later so they can come pick up my TV and work on it in the shop. When I called back they said I would have to take the TV in myself if I wanted them to look at it. I have no idea how this place is still open...5 year olds could run a store better than this place.

They are the authorized Samsung plasma repair shop. I had a horrible experince with them . Totally unprofessional ,rude. The technicans (or so they call themselves) are not technical and have no clue about what they are doing. The manager Al has no time to speak to you and they would never honor their time commitment. Broke my brand new TV twice. Be wary of these crooks and stay clear. I am sure anyone can do a better job than them
