Glamour Nails

I've been going to Glamour Nails for eyebrow waxing for years and have been pretty satisfied, but I recently got a full set there and I was not happy with it. The polish job was very sloppy, there were gaps between the cuticle and my nail edges and where the fill began, and some of their nail techs are rude. I love the owner, but it's too much of a gamble going to anyone else there. My mother was a faithful customer and she also had a terrible experience recently. They try to upsell you every time, too. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. (I've heard great things about Nail Works on West St.)

Customer for 5 years and each time my nail person left, they never informed me. This last time I got someone who didn't know what they were doing and they really botched my acrylic fill. I will never go back and highly recommend that you don't try this salon, there are far too many others that pride themselves on quality, this one does not.
