I am VERY unsatisfied and upset with this establishment! Upon arrival I was told that it would be a $40 copay--as they are considered specialists. I would like to know what criteria they meet that classifies them as specialists. My copay is $20---always has been. I have been there numerous times before and only been charged $20--receptionist informed me that they had been charging me wrong before and this is what it is. Um, ok. Finally get seen by doctor, who had no intention on listening to what I had to say. I requested a rapid strep test but was turned down. Doctore informed me that it was just a cold ---and I should be better in a couple days. After making another appointment with a primary care doctor, was diagnosed with PNEUMONIA AND STREP! Would love to know how Dr. Raj missed that one! Thank you for nothing, thank you for the crappy care, and thank you for overcharging me! I will never return to this establishment.

Terrible place. Made an appointment, but still waited 45 minutes in the room for a doctor to come in. The doctor was "clinical," not at all someone that should be working with children. My son had a possible ear infection, the doctor recommended an unnecessary procedure to remove wax to see inside his ear which didn't work and left my toddler screaming and crying and saying "I want my mommy!" I had to stop the procedure and ask them to do something else. The doc still said there was too much wax and told me to go to my regular pediatrician. Turns out he did have an ear infection after we saw our regular doctor the next day and this doctor sent my son home in pain and actually wanted to make me pay a copay when no service was provided (the doctor himself told me to go to our regular pediatrician) and an ear infection went undetected. Unbelievable.

1/14/10 Went with my son, questionable fracture to foot. Care was good, discharge was very long, it took 35 minutes to get 10 pain pills filled. It was late and no other pharmacy was open, thought this would be quicker, Mistake. On checkout explained to reception that we did not have a copay, we had met out of pocket and it was demanded that we pay our $40.00 copay. Of course ask if someone would verify the next day and send out a refund and the reception very kindly gave us a billing number and they couldnt handle that, but did handle taking the money. Make a long story short EOB from insurance company came today 2/3 showing no copay and I called the billing number. I found it ironic that the machine says it can take up to 5 to 7 days to address the message you leave. If they had taken 5 to 7 days in the beginning to verify this would not be an issue. With BWMC's fast track I think it would have been easier and more convenient to go to ER. Unless it was a weekend night. We were there over 2 hours total.

Love it for my son & myself-100% better than waiting in an ER for 6 hours-I like you can "pre" schedule your "urgent" care & they don't treat you like a chart w/ a number they really look & talk to you like you are a real human:o]

I brought my daughter here several times as an infant for chronic ear infections in the middle of the night. We were always seen immediately. The onyl downside was the front lobby staff never seemed to be quite friendly. Otherwise, this is definately a great facility.

When we had to take our daughter to Nighttime Pediatrics, I was pleased to see that they had different waiting areas for sick kids and well kids. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes since they are all in the same building anyway, but I like that it lessens the chance of picking up a bug. I also found the staff to be very friendly and understanding. They were concerned about us and our daughter, and treated her with respect. The only down side was that we waited a long time in the exam room for the doctor to come in after we had been taken back by the nurse. Long waits in those rooms are no fun with an upset child!
