great place to take your pets in for anything from basic check ups to the most extreme situation. Every time i have gone the staff has been extremely helpful, caring, and informative. The vets and staff seem to be comfortable handling animals of all shapes and sizes with all different conditions.
When we were looking to adopt a dog, we talked to Dr. Varner at Family Veterinary Clinic. A few days later, she called us out to meet Dexter, a lovable puppy that had been abandoned. We fell in love immediately, and through the years Dr. Varner took exceptional care of him and us. We always felt like we were part of a family, and when Dexter finally succumbed to cancer, she was there to help us say goodbye. We will always be grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and skill.
Our two dogs have been patients at FVC for 12 years and we've always been thrilled with the treatment they've received. The doctors treat them with care and compassion. Prices are fair, and special tests and procedures have never been pushed on us unless absolutely necessary. We look forward to the unveiling of their new building!
We have been with the Family Veterinary Clinic since we rescued a beagle 3 years ago. We did not know at the time, but she was pregnant and delivered 6 puppies a week before I gave birth to my third child. We took the mother dog and her puppies in for a checkup and the vet and staff were wonderful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and told us what to watch for with the puppies. We kept one of the puppies and named her Oreo. Oreo still goes to the Family Veterinary Clinic for all her checkups. I highly recommend this vet office for all of your pet's needs!!
