Hey - just an update. The owner sent me some compliments on my yelp
account. I thought it was so special that I'd like to share it with
all of you. I will need to edit a few words as he used some awfully
colorful language - a sure mark of mental ineptitude. Other than
censoring his foul language I have not changed a thing about the
letter. Here you go :-)

"you are a souless b!#ch its people like you that make this site
irrelevant because regardless of service you just complain becuase you
obviously aren't happy with yourself as a person and need to make s&!t
up online about others to make yourself feel better about the sad
excuse for a human being you are . you are a terrible excuse of a
human being . I would continue to list your faults but if someone has
nothing better to do but make up malicious lies and complain about
peoples appearances should do the world an favor and kill themselve.
rot in hell cu#t."

Extremely rude manager, the one with a fake Dolly Parton look going on. She actually snapped her fingers and said, (insert the rudest tone you can muster) "um, yoohoo, helllooo" to get our attention after we had been there waiting for 15 minutes. She also didn't seem to keen on answering any questions. I felt she was judging us the entire time, as if she had better things to do than discuss the several thousand dollar purchase I had all but intended to make. It turned out for the better, we learned (by leaving after being treated poorly) how very overpriced they truly are. We went down Frederick Ave to Famous Pawnbrokers in Germantown and got a beautiful and quality ring for LESS THAN HALF what Jewelry Exchange Maryland was asking for extremely comparable (if not better) pieces. Turns out the owner (Steven) is no better in the customer service arena. Pity, I tend to spend an awful lot on jewelry.

I knew there was no way this overpriced mecca of disappointment and misery deserved the high rating that I had previously found on google, so I did a little research on the five star reviews. They are all part of some scamming rating and review ring. Fortunately, insider pages cares about protecting the legitimacy of its reviews.

Whenever I have some old jewelery that I no longer want or need, I got to the Jewelry Exchange. They offer fast and convenient service, and they don't try and argue with me like other places do. The staff is very professional and they will truly offer you the best price for your money. My only complaint is it takes a long time for someone to help you. Other than that, it is a good place to go.
