Zelda Zen

Absolutely love the shop & the owner. She has great taste and makes excellent suggestions and actually remembers her customers from one visit to the next. My daughter and I visit the shop everytime we go shopping in Federal Hill and seldom leave without making a purchase.

I have known Beth for almost 20 years and know her to be a competent professional who always puts her clients needs first. I have accompanied Beth on trips to NY several times and watched as she meticulously picks out the perfect jewelry for the bride and the bride's maids. She makes every effort to find exactly what the bride is looking for at the price the bride wants to pay. How dare Sam S attempt to tarnish Beth's reputation! I assure you the Beth is the type of woman who treats her clients professionally with the dignity and respect that they deserve. I also know Beth to be a straight shooter. I am certain that it was Sam S who disrespected Beth or her employee and that Beth then told this snotty young woman to take her business elsewhere. Sam S should be ashamed of herself. Sam S needs to change her bad attitude and stop attempting to tarnish the reputation of a respectable business owner. I feel sorry for the Groom who is scheduled to marry this Bridezilla...

I don't know what Sam. S. is talking about. I have had only positive experiences with the owner of Zelda Zen. She's incredibly generous and detail oriented. I've bought many special order items from her and have been ecstatic with every single thing she buys for me. I find her to be a classy woman who provides great customer service.

Wow, what a place. I am living in San Francisco and was visiting friends in Baltimore and my friend took me to this little gem of a place. Firstly you walk in and are welcomed by the staff or the owner (which never happens in SF, no one even says hello when you walk in a store!!), which feels so welcoming. Secondly the store looks amazing, such great use of displays to fit all the beautiful items in the space. Thirdly, the range of items they have, from inexpensive costume jewelry to some pricier pieces that are to die for. My absolute favorites are La Vie and Liz Palacios. But it is not only jewelry, they have the cutest range of baby gifts, candles, frames, wall art, lots of gift items and handbags.
The owner Beth was so nice to talk to, she looks at you and knows what will look good on you. I am usually very reserved with my jewelry, but she put this gorgeous big La Vie pacific opal bracelet on my arm and it was like it was made for me. I would not have picked it out for myself but I bought it and it gets more comments than anything I own.
The review by Sam saddens me. I found this place to be 5 stars all the way. My friend got her wedding jewelry there and saved a ton on money and got beautiful pieces for all her bridesmaids as well as her tiara and jewelry. The tiara she got for around $40, it was almost exactly the same as the one they wanted $250 for at the bridal store! Beth worked closely with her to make sure she was happy and packaged it up beautifully (you need to go and check out how cute everything is bagged for you) for all her bridesmaids. I could go on and on, I think this place is great and definitely worth checking out. You will not be disappointed.

I had family living in Baltimore and visited for a month last year, my sister actually worked in Zelda Zen with the stores owner, Beth, who is amazing!! I bought so much jewellery at Zelda Zen while I was staying there and now get SOOOOO many comments on all my pieces when I wear them at home, everyone wants to know when Zelda Zen will be on-line so they can order the fabulous jewellery as well. A beautiful store with a beautiful owner, you will find the best jewellery and gifts here, make sure you call in!!!

I live in Annapolis & love coming to Federal Hill to shop at this little boutique. They have the best jewelry to go with any outfit. It's fun & inexpensive. If you are looking for a gift, they have great tokens & specialty jewelry as well. Their unique bags make an excellent gift bag ready-to-go without wrapping! One of my fav's!

Here's a unique store that sells a little bit of everything. They have all you need for your wedding party, the bridal party jewelry, hair accessories and other attendant gifts. The place has great inexpensive funky jewelry made by a local artist you won't be able to find anywhere else, it was actually voted best of Baltimore for 2003 and 2005.
