I TOOK A STRAY CAT TO THE VET BECAUSE IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN POISONED, AND ANIMAL CONTROL DID NOT WANT TO HELP. I MADE IT CLEAR TO DR FOX THAT THE CAT WAS NOT MINE, THAT IT HAD WANDERED INTO A FRIENDS YARD, AND I FELT BAD FOR IT. THE CAT DIED IN HIS OFFICE A SHORT TIME LATER. HE SENT ME A BILL FOR 325.08. I WAS SHOCKED. I PAID HIM OFF BY MAKING PAYMENTS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. i BELIEVED THAT THE BILL WAS PAID. BUT, HE WAS CHARGING ME FINANCE CHARGES THAT I NEVER REALIZED. HE NOW TURNED ME INTO A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR THE $18.63. HOW CAN THIS BE ALLOWED? DONT VETS HAVE AN ETHICS CODE? I FELT VERY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THE OUTRAGEOUS BILL, AND WAS EVEN MORE UPSET THAT HE HAD THE NERVE TO ADD A FINANCE CHARGE.

dr fox is the best vet, by far, that i have ever met. my collie husky,, as i write this is 17 years old. this is a direct result of the wonderful
care he has received from this office. his staff is every bit as dedicated as he is...i could not give them a higher recommendation!

These people are special animal healers. My replacement cat from them is a rare jewel that brings joy joy joy. If you could see this cat you'd understand. If only every business would operate that way. Im very satisfied with all they do and there is a good feeling there too. I cant get over how cool this cat is.
