We purchased 6 pieces of living room furniture, knowing that the one table had to be ordered and that it would take 4-6 weeks to recieve. When the furniture was delivered there were scratches, poor seeming on every piece and a huge HOLE in the sofa. The delivery men called the store while at my house to set up a repair. It is now 8 weeks later, I had to call about my table that was ordered and told that it was at the wearhouse, no one called to let me know that it had arrived. Because they only deliver to the store a few times a week I went and picked it up (a 30 min ride from my house). My husband went to assemble it and there are large chunks of wood missing on the one side. On top of that, the coffee table is so poorly made you can't put your feet on it and the sofa with a 3" HOLE still had not been repaired. They "had to order fabric" then they can repair it. I want a new sofa and the return the crappy tables!!!!!!!!! The customer service is AWFUL and I will NEVER shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took us a long time to decide what furniture to purchase as well as where to purchase. We visited all of the area stores but ended up at Gardiners because of the fabric selections. Upon ordering the furniture we were told it general takes 6 to 8 weeks before your order is completed and we agreed and the sales rep actually made not on the bill of sale that we would have the furniture before the Christmas holiday.( 6 to 8 wks.) (8 wks. being worse case) Well its going on 10 weeks still no furniture, we had to rent furniture for the holidays because we made arrangements to get rid of our existing sofa and chair thinking that we would have our new furniture. It is extremely poor business practice to say one thing and then make excuses saying well it was because of the Thanksgiving, and Christmas holiday's.
How long has this company been in business, they should know this information and relay to the customer when ordering. We have several other rooms to furnish in our home and I can assure you it will not be from Gardners. Extremely disatisfied.

This store had great furniture selection. My salesperson, Maurice was very helpful and knowledgeable about furniture. Management sucked when some of my furniture was delayed. Delivery service was late and long winded with my delivery. Would shop there again if Maurice is still there.

This Gardiner's store is great. They are easy to work with, and the sales people can be easily gotten rid of, so you can make your decisions without the commission driven people pushing you. ALso, they let us borrow a fabric sample to take to match paint to.

The delivery people do not come with the most common sense. I had brand new carpet with mud stains after they delivered our sofa. The delivery manager was rude, immature, and passive aggressive by not returning my telephone calls.
