Do not shop online at Debshops.com! I ordered items on 12/11/10. I got an email from Debshops.com mentioning my item was shipped on 12/14/10 (credit card was charged). When I spoke with customer service today they stated that it takes 5 business days for UPS to update there website. Which I know is not true. I called UPS they have no information on my tracking number. I ordered the items for Christmas and they can not tell me when my order will be ship. Now they should at least overnight my shipment so I get it in time for Christmas. They told me to call back on the 22nd if I do not get my order. I emailed their customer service twice and still no reply. I am writing a letter to Debshops.com Attn: Liz Greenw at 1435 International Drive, Eau Claire, Wisconsin, 54701 about my concerns.

DEBs is a great store for teens, especially if you're looking for cute and affordable clothing. They also have a large dresswear section for special occasions. They downside is only being able to try on a limited amount of clothing in the dressing room and its difficult to find clothing for plus sizes.

I have shopped at Deb Shop numerous times. They have a lot of less expensive, yet trendy type clothing. The sales associates have always been quite nonchalant. They always seem to be younger teenagers that seem to care very little about the customer. They do not go out of their way to be rude or helpful, for that matter. The clothes are lower end and seem to rip a lot or wear quicker than higher end clothing shops. Basically you get what you pay for. Prices are lower than other shops in the area, so one should not expect to get prada shoes or calvin klein slacks at Deb Shop

I shopped this store as a teen and now my daughter and her friends shop there. It has stayed the test of time because the sell great fashions at reasonable prices. If someone you know needs a prom dress then this is the place to go.
