I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE GREAT IMPASTA. MY FRIENDS AN I GO OFTEN. THE MENU PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY FOR LUNCH. EVEN THE ANTIPASTO SALAD THAT THEY SERVE BEFORE DINNER, IS TO DIE FOR. A++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Although there is sometimes a wait on the weekends in the evenings, it's definately worth it. We love going here and the restaurant, although small yet quaint, is exceptional. It's REAL Italian food - not like some others in the area that are 'bulk' and chain ones - it's prepared to order and super fresh. We love the bread and fresh salads - excellent chef and superior wait staff. A++++

This is real italian food. The restaurant is quaint and worth the wait. They offer fresh made desserts to end your meal. A wide selection of wines. And the best "Real" italian food you will find. Great place to have a quite date night with someone you care about.

With all the chain italian restaurants, of which I won't name.....The Great Impasta by far exceeds the food and the value! It is a quants (if not small) little building right downtown. The atmosphere is great, candlelight, open kitchen. The menu has tons of selection, including healthier options, like whole wheat pastas. You get these delicious garlic knots with your entirely fresh salad before your meal....and did I mention the food is delicious! Definitely 5 stars!
