Bruce and Laurie have been fantastic to work and deal with. Our spa has been the greatest thing my husband and I have done for ourselves. Price was the largest concern for us when we purchased, but spending a little more has made taking care of our
spa so easy. We spend about 5 min a week balancing and the rest of the time just enjoying family and private time. Bruce and Laurie have always been there for any questions and has made this a great experience. Thank you Laurie for all the answers...

Buying a hot tub from Milton's Spas was the worst purchase experience I have ever had. Both the owners were very pleasant BEFORE THE SALE. After the sale there was a major personality change toward dismissiveness and anger regarding virtually any question. Try bringing up a problem with the hot tub. I was not ready for the anger and vitriolic defensive blaming. Wow. What was I ever thinking when I bought from them even after I had seen similar comments about them both on the internet. Never again for Milton's Spas.

Laurie and Bruce Milton are the owners. When gas dropped from $4.29 a gallon to $1.97, Laurie absolutely refused to consider reducing their travel charge from $.50 per mile. Had she given me some reasons for her refusal (as Bruce later did), I would have understood. When I told her that her major competitor had dropped their charge she said "I am not going to spend anymore time, listening to you evaluate my or another company." I guess she doesn't understand that this is how consumers make decisions as to where to shop. Her husband is much more reasonable. As for me, I will never shop there again because of Laurie's very antagonistic approach to customer service. She was very nasty on th phone
