I have been going to Crossroads for over a year now, after attending three other area churches. I am a married mom of 3, in my late 20's, my kids are 8, 5, and 4. Pastor Val is a terrific speaker, very compassionate and loving to all. He gets the important message of the Gospel out every time he speaks. The church family is full of the most caring, warm, welcoming and helpful people you will ever meet. The entire church body has a true community minded spirit and also one of service to others. There are several terrific separate groups in the church, Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) on Wednesday mornings, they have a college and career group Sunday school, a group for young married couples in Sunday school, AWANA for the kids ages 3 to sixth grade on Thursday night from 6-8, a separate women's Sunday school class. They have a nursery available for both Sunday school and morning service, a "Tot Time" nursery for kids who are 2 and 3 during Sunday school and service, and during the main service they have Junior church for kids 4 to 8. Our church really has a heart for kids ministries.
*Sunday Mornings: Sunday School all ages 9:20, Morning Service 10:30 to Noon-ish, and Evening Service at 6 p.m.
*MOPS: Wednesday mornings from 9-11, childcare from newborn to age 5.
*AWANA: Thursday evenings 6-8 p.m., Ages 3 yrs through 6th grade, if school in MSAD's 54 or 59 are cancelled for snow, AWANA will be cancelled as well.

PROS: Open Warm Welcoming Many children's ministries.
CONS: None
