I brought my Generac portable generator to Maine-ly Small Engines for repair for a gas leak. It was 1.5 years old and still under manufacturer warranty. They refused to submit the claim to Generac for evaluation even though they are an authorized Generac service dealer. Generac even confirmed all they had to do was contact them for warranty submission and Generac would handle it from there.

I I had dropped off my tractor to be services and ended buying a brand new one. They sell top of the line - not cheap Wal-Mart or Lowes equipment. They worked out a trade in deal with me and thoroughly went over the tractor. I have been in several times for part on other pieces of equipment and also for tune ups. Not really sure what the deal is with the guy below. I have become very friendly with this family from doing business with them. I know they would never send out equipment unless it was done the way the customer asked. Maybe it was an error on his persons end and not this business. It doesn't even make sense. I will continue to do service with them and refer everyone I know. My wife also went in ... being a female going in by herself, they aren't about screwing anyone over. Honesty is key. Great job guys. You have our business

go there to get parts for my chainsaw, snowblower and lawmower I'm a mechanic so I work on my stuff my self and they are always willing to share advice and allow me to talk to there mechanics to fix my stuff and the parts I ask for are alway right and most of the time quick if they need to order depends on the mail service lol!!

I bought my tractor at Mainely small engines and have had it for 6 years with no troubles. I have routine maintenance done to the tractor there also. They have always done quality work for me and have done it quickly. Who could ask for anything more? Highly recommended.

I asked for full service and repair. They didn't check the oil. Motor sized same day I picked up. They will not repair. Said it was my fault. I am taking them to small claims court
