Paid 40.00 to have them work on comp right away. I didn't get the comp back for two days for the owner and only tech went out on service calls daily. The Computer was slower when it was finally ready.....yes the spyware was gone but my pictures and documents were never recovered. The service was sketchy .....The tech or the owner were not empathetic at all!! my pics and docs were gone and I was charged $$$ 260.00!!! FOR WHAT????
Take your computer somewhere else! Seriously!

Ms. Ramirez,

Your original complaint for your laptop was that the wireless would not work well and that the keyboard did not work well.

We diagnosed your computer as having a faulty keyboard and an incorrect wireless setting.

The reason why it took four to five days to fix your laptop initially was that we had to order the part; shipping takes time. We installed this part and with labor the price came to $71.48.

You called two days later reporting that your laptop would not turn on. It took us a few days to diagnose this issue as we had to disassemble the entire laptop and replace the DC jack as it was not charging. You concluded that we must have caused the damage. That was not the case. The reason why this second repair was so expensive was that it takes nearly three hours to disassemble, remove the bad DC jack, solder on the new DC jack, and reassemble the laptop. There are nearly 60 screws and other parts involved in this process.

Even with all this explanation, you demanded your laptop back and told us you did not want to pay anything. You were, understandably, very upset however we did not cause this damage. After fifteen years of service, 7000 residential customers served, and nearly 120 commercial accounts in Androscoggin and Cumberland counties, we don't do business that way.

I gave you the laptop back and ate the entire bill. You were the first customer in our history, I asked not to return.

I understand your position and apologize for your inconvenience however I trust this offers a concise, honest, and clear explanation.

I took in my laptop for one thing and was told that they provided a cheap service. Yah! Cheap service alright! I was called about 6 days later to pick up my laptop and was charge $70ish dollars. When I got home I noticed that my laptop wouldnt turn on so I gave them a call. I was told to take my laptop back so I did. Aprox. 4-5 days later I called in to check on my laptop and was told that they would look at it the following day. Next day I get a call telling me that I had to pay $200 dollars in order to pick up my laptop. I could believe that I would take in my laptop for one thing pay for the service then to find out that it wouldnt start when I got home and then charged an extra $200! I was very upset...the owner was extremely argumentive. He told me to go pick up my laptop that it was worth arguing over $200 dollar. I picked up my laptop and felt awful about it. I even thought about sending a check for $200 once I had the money except my laptop didnt work when I turned it on!!! I can't believe it. Not even sure what they did to my laptop. All I know is that I brought it in because a few keys didnt work now I have to go buy a brand new laptop. Thank you for the horrible job you did now I can't even find a job without my laptop! You are horrible!!!
