My debit card was swiped twice by the cashier because she said it didn't go throught the first time. It actually did go in the first time and as a result I was double charged. When I tried to clear this up, Mark the manager told me to bring in the bank statements and he would clear it up. When I called back for the fax # the secretary told me that I would have to clear that up with the bank. She was extremely belligerent and rude. After trying to reason with her and explain I was willing to do that, but that I would be expecting her store to pay the overdrawn fee the bank charged me, she became even ruder and told me that it was my problem. I spoke to my bank and was forced to file a dispute with the store so that I will not be held responsible for the bank fees. I tried to handle this in a friendly manner. And was treated like I was trying to "walk in off the street and get credit for something" as the secretary put it. I actually was just trying to find a way to not have to be penalized financially for their error. I tried to look for a way to contact the supervisor for this store and cannot find a way to. So I am left with this. Hopefully, I can at least help someone out there avoid going through what I am being put through. I am currently trying to contact the store's owner about this. And I am not the type of person that usually does that kind of complaining, but that was how badly I was treated. I am that mad. This store is a horrible place to do business with.

Pros: Location was good, right in the middle of the city.

Cons: Employees are rude and store was dirty looking.
