My husband and I love to eat at Marinelli's. Every time we have eaten here, the food has been great! Its not a really big place and the prices are moderate, but the staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking.

I love the Mushroom Gnocchi and he likes the Pizza or the Egg Plant Parmesan. All yummy and cheesy.

We both recommend this place!

We decided to try out Marinelli's on a Friday night, and first we ordered a round of drinks. One of our drinks was wrong, but the server never came back to check, so we had to grab the manager to fix it. Upon ordering our meals, one of the members of our party asked to substitute more fries instead of coleslaw, and the waiter replied with a very snotty "uh, it's not that much coleslaw." The waiter seemed very distant, and seemed to be watching all the other people in the area while taking our orders and returning to check on us. The last straw was when I asked for a lid for my dressing so I could put it in my to go container. He left for about 10 minutes, then came back and hastily stated that "he had to go all the way down to the basement" for my lid. Give me a break, was that too much to ask for? At least the food was good, otherwise the night would've been totally shot.

Pros: Good Food, Outdoor Patio

Cons: Bad Service, Expensive Drinks

We went here at the recommendation of a friend. The sauce was horrid. It was a very sour sauce almost tasting sour. When we pointed it out to the waitress she explained it away because the cook was new. I will never eat here again.

PROS: None
CONS: The whole experience

Lunch or dinner you will not be disappointed. A real hidden treasure in Metro Detroit. Family owned an run. Great value for your money. They do pizza & pasta well, but do not miss the other items on their menu, especially the ribs! They also have an outstanding catering business that your guests/clients will rave about well after the event.

This place has a large variety of food, everything I have had has been excellent. The pricing is midrange and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend the Pizza with roasted garlic and a antipasta salad

We just had them cater a party for us (150+ people) at our work site. They did an amazing job! The staff was professional, on time and the food was just what we wanted. Everyone commented positively on the food. They made my job of organizing this party very easy.
