The dealership called them to come to my work and put in a new windshield, of course at no cost to me. We made an appointment for 4:00pm. By 3:30, they called to inform me they would be late, and they pulled in at 4:15. I was impressed with the phone call for a 15 minute delay. Very professional. It was completely installed at my work in less than 30 minutes, and it looks great!
