Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I cannot say enough good things about Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lowell! I was worried about buying a car from a dealer because I thought I would overpay and be pressured into something I didn't really want. I went to a few other dealers before I ended up at Grand. The staff was phenomenal and I would have to say Keith is probably the most honest and genuine man in car sales. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with every last detail and didn't push me into buying warranties or upgrades that I didn't need. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle or for service. Again I just can't overemphasize how impressed I was across the board with this dealership.

I have purchased vehicles from both Grand auto in Lowell and Allegan. I have had exceptional service both places and will continue to go back for all my vehicle needs. Great people and great vehicles at great prices. Friendly no pressure sales people and a financial expert that doesn't try and sell you things you don't need. Overall a fantastic expirience.

I have been in the market for a 2010 Subaru Outback for quite some time. When I was finally able to make the purchase I went to Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep because a friend referred me to them. The sales representative was very nice and helpful. In a very short time, they were able to get the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price. In the end, I purchased the Outback from this dealership, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. They were professional and they did not pressure me. I feel I got the best deal possible. My salesperson was great, and has continued to make herself available to me. All in all, it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.

Keith at Grand Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep of Lowell was helpful, knowledgable, fair and kind. He knew what I needed and got to work finding the perfect fit. He gave me a fair trade for my previous vehicle and gave me a great deal on my new 2008 Dodge Caliber. I LOVE my caliber and thanks to Keith I have a great, dependable car that is in good condition and needs very low maintenance. The ease of service and closing on the loan was incredible too, they work with a great lender, Lake Michigan Credit Union! I got the best rate available for a used vehicle!!

Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a heck of a dealership, empolyed with great people. Great selection and service, great experience/credentials. Rare to see a stable and active dealership with good people, which I believe is why they remain successful with repeat clients in a touch economy.

In knowing and working with Keith Kloostra, General Manager, for 7 years now, I've worked with numerous mutual clients and have never had bad feedback from Keith's services. Through his continously progressive career, he's one of very few people in the auto sales business that you can feel comfortable working with, referring a client, or even a family member to, without being concerned with the outcome. He's an extremely courteous and informative person that will work face to face with you on a fair playing field. I can't say enough how rare of a person Keith is in the car sales business and he remains my "Go-To" guy, and first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. I'm in the insurance business and will continue to send people his way when someone asks for a contact in the auto sales business as well. If you need someone who is not going to sit across from you and just tell you what you want to hear, but rather be honest and informative, he's your guy, and Grand Chrysler is the place. The staff and service at Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep are top notch. Our family has bought 2 vehicles there and continues to use their service department. You can always count on being treated with honesty and respect by everyone there. Their service is as good or better than anywhere I have been, and Steve and Bob are a pleasure to work with. All repairs have been done in a timely fashion, and at the estimated price. I highly recomend them to anyone, as I already have several friends.

Grand Chrysler is a great place to buy a car. The sales staff was helpful and willing to answer all of my questions now matter how redundant they may have been. I would recommend them to to my friends and family.

extremely pleased with the service Keith Kloostra gave us. He is a very helpful person and his goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied. And we definitely were! Keith is a very honest person to deal with and I felt very comfortable dealing with him and felt that he was going to do everything in his power to make sure we were happy when we left. I would recommend Keith to anybody! He goes over and above! It's wonderful when you can call on someone that you can trust. And that definitely is Keith!

Grand Chrysler is an excellant dealership! They an excellent sales force that asks the right questions. I've bought many cars from the dealership and every time it's been a great experience. I thank the sales team at Grand for taking the time helping me find the right vechicle for my needs.

This dealership is by far the most down to earth dealership in the greater grand rapids area. The sales associates aren't pushy like other dealerships you'll find around town. The drive to Lowell is worth the trip because of the money you'll save on your new purchase(i've researched many other dealerships around town and have found they are by far the best deal). I would rate this dealership as a 10....but I only have 5 stars to work with.

GCDJ is a dealership I would recommend to friends and family.
The autos are priced fairly and the employees are very honest and go out of there way to assist costumers.

What a difference dealing with a Family owned business,The Used Car Manager Finance Manager and Sonya my salesperson all combined to make this my best buying experiennce ever.
After trying all the Big Dealeships in Grand Rapids it was great to made feel like a person and not Dollar bills I love my New Van I will send my friends amd Family.

this dealership and all its staff are the best. i have bought 3 new vans from them and have never been disapointed with the service i get to the making the deal on the van. keith goes above and beyond customer service. i know i work in the customer service field and expect alot more from doing so. you can't ask for anything more from them. they call me my name when i walk in. that says alot of what they think of there customers.

I have been using Grand Chrysler Dodge in Lowell since I got out of the Navy in 2005. This dealerships has given me the best service yet. The dealers are knowledgeable and so is the service department. I can drop off my truck and know it will be taken care. From this dealership I have had 3 leased vehicles and now own a Dodge 1500. I highly recommend Grand Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
