TERRIBLE! We have been there 3 times on Sunday afternoons and have had RUDE service. Last trip there the drink machine was dripping and the floor was sticky and wet. Great location, fine food, TERRIBLE service. There were a girl and guy working that did not speak just stared at you waiting for your order then piled on the mayo on my 6 years sub so much it squirted out the ends. They need to get new workers ASAP.We won't return, three strikes and you're out!

Alright, i have been a regular, making many trips to this subway throughout the week. i enjoyed the talking with the employees and even found myself befriending a few of the employees there. the few people there i enjoyed chatting with most were the few working the day staff. Two of them, one who's name is Debbie, and the other who's name was crystal, i believe crystal was the manager at this time.However for reasons i do not know at this time, Crystal wound up leaving the store, currently the knew manager there is extremely rude and she obviously doesnt put the customers first. she even got into an argument with one of her employees over something trivial and definatly wasnt that important at that time. i have often found myself overhearing other customers complaining about the new manager as well. the knew manager acts more like a drill instructor than anything else. obviously its not my decision, but from what i have observed over the past few times i have been in there, and yes i mean few (i find the new manager so repulsive in the way she runs the store i have found myself going out of the way to go to a different store location), the decision in hiring her was obviously not thought through very well and i believe it is negatively effecting the store. if its just one person then i would say its usually a grudge, but the fact that i have observed many people, all in which have had negative feedback to the new manager, would suggest that some new interviewing and hiring should be done.
