I alway get tricked at this store .. The staff is uncalled for. Sprint needs to hire people that know about phones and people that give customer service like the other cellular carriers. I wasn't even allowed to speak to the store manager either. The two people that were the nicest and the most knowledgeable was the tall asian dude that knew so much about Pockets PCs and Smartphones and the cute short girl that moved here from California. I wonder why they arent at that store anymore? God Bless them
