My kids have narrow feet and are hard to fit, and LC has ALWAYS been able to fit them with quality shoes!

We had a great experience at Little Chick Shoe Shop. I knew the shoes would be expensive compared to, say, Target, but I was prepared for this. We had excellent 1:1 service and the saleswoman knew all the details about each shoe being sold in the store. My 19mon old son had his feet measured and I learned he had very narrow feet and ankles, which means that some shoes would fit poorly and potentially be unsafe. He was fit with a great sandal, which he loved. I was happy to spend my money with a family owned Michigan business. I will absolutely return.

I LOVE Little Chick Shoe Shop!! They have the cutest shoes and a great guarantee if your child grows out of their shoes too quickly. I will not buy my son's shoes anywhere else. The people there are so helpful and really great with young children. Their prices are also reasonable when priced against the same shoe online.

We buy all of our son's shoes at Little Chick! He has extra wide feet and they are always able to get him fitted correctly and the coupons that are in the paper are great too! Their guarantee is also great! It states if your child outgrows their shoes in 0-6 weeks, they get a free replacement. 7-9 weeks is 50% off and 10-12 weeks is 20% off a new pair. I just got their guarantee yesterday when I bought my son another pair of shoes there. We won't go anywhere else for my son's shoes.

I bought shoes for my grandson and was told that if he outgrew them before 3 months they would be replaced for free. when i went there today to redeem that promise, i was called a liar....seems as though the sales girl made a mistake telling me that but they wouldn't make good on the guarantee as told to me. I am sadly disappointed and wont return there again. i will tell all my friends not to patronize there either. the days of standing up to your word and satisfying customers is obsolete! how sad!

We love the Little Chick, they have a knowledgable staff and carry well made shoes for kids. They have a large selection in all sizes (my daughter wears and extra wide and we can always find something).

I love the selection! very cute & stylish footwear for kids, prices are excellent, they have it all in kids footwear. staff is professional and helpful and they have great deals at affordable prices. conveniant location & lots of parking. Recommended to all.
