A must stop store

by Nicole M. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 9,818

We love going into this store. The smell of pickles is very strong but we love pickles so we don't mind it. Definitely a must in buying. Kids will enjoy picking out candy and the doll houses are so cool to look at.

Unique little store

by Mary Jo B. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 11,110

Whenever we go to Frankenmuth, we hit Rau's. They have a great assortment of candies and many items for the home. I collect old-fashioned tins and they have LOTS of them. They also have lace items that come in many sizes- from doily size to mantle to curtains. If you like things that will give your home a traditional decor, check them out. And if you are 40+, you will get a kick out of the candies you ate as a kid!

Old time candy

by Maria S. | top100 Top100 | Rank: 81

I love to go here and buy some of the old candy from when we were kids. They have a great assortment of just fun things to look at. You could spend all day and not see everything. Worth the stop

Great general store atmosphere

by Bebe S. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,894

This is such a great little store. Just like "the good ole days". They have all sorts of candy in little bushels - you fill up a bag and go.

They have two levels, tons of gift items, coke, john deer, etc. memorabilia. Miniature items, tons of stuff. You can spend hours in this store if you got the time.

We stop here EVERYTIME we get to Frankenmuth and fill up on candy!
