The previous double- poster is obviously wrong and malicious in his intent. He also contradicted himself several times, and it looked as if it's the same person who wrote the previous 5-star review. Cannot please them-all BMW of A2!

But, please me and my family you did! We have purchased and serviced our cars there for years. Recently, we met with the Brand New manager as our longtime salesman recently left. He was courteous, prompt and definitely valued our business. As I mentioned we have a small fortune invested in our garage full of BMWs.

They really made it feel more like a family owned store than some of the other INFLATED-PRICED family owned BMW stores around. Keep up the great work and as long as I live within 10-hours driving distance I will buy all of my cars from BMW of A2!.. I might have to service them closer to my house if I move.

Bought my first BMW a 2003 330ci and love the car it's exactly what I wanted. My salesmen before and at the sale did an OK job, not really much to do considering I paid full price, I guess he did get the keys and pulled it up for the test ride, oh ya also sold me the 1.5K warranty.

At the sale I had my father with me mainly because I've never purchased a car before. Everything went well until 2 months and 2200 miles later when a rear tire blew out. I took it to a local belle tire and was told both rear tires needed to be replaced, I told them they are new tires.

At the time of the sale my salesmen Dustin Johnson told both my father and myself that all the tires were going to be replaced, we had expressed concern that the current tires were shot and he said they would be replaced with new. This was true for the front tires, but as we learned not for the rear which had tires that showed a ss# from 2007, Belle Tire said only has 20-30% tread left.

The point of this review is to help others understand that when working with this company beware, replaced with new in this case means with used and new tires, we both assumed replaced with new meant all new? Remember we paid full price and purchased the extended warranty, getting new tires were the only concession they were making nothing else.

When I called Justin he denied ever saying 4 new tires, here is a piece of his e-mail .
There is really no way for me to put it and sugarcoat it to make you feel good, but I really do not feel as if I at any point represented this car to be sold with 4 Brand New Tires. May have said we are replacing all 4 of the tires that you drove it on the initial test drive as they were all replaced, but never did I say 4 Brand New tires.

You would think if they were replacing them with used wouldn't the customer want to know how used? WHAT did I just say that? Used tires I've never heard of a BMW dealer replacing tires with 2 new and 2 used? Is that even legal? Maybe a used car dealer at Gratiot and 9 mile but a BMW dealer? Really? Maybe they aren't really a BMW dealer? ???? I'll contact BMW corporate next to see what they say?

A note from my dad, I've purchased 5 BMW's between Erhard of Bloomfield and Bavarian Motor Village and was shocked at this policy and at the response of the salesmen. I also contacted the management at Erhard and they would only say that they have heard this before regarding Ann Arbor and it didn't surprise him at all. Also that their policy as well as Bavarian Motor Village was to always replace with new never used mainly due to liability issues.

My suggestion to anyone looking at a BMW, Buyer beware, wished I had read the reviews, live and learn. Hopefully these reviews won't sour the product because these cars are amazing, and so are the other dealers check out the other guys their sales and service are exactly what you would expect from a BMW dealer, read their reviews then read Ann Arbors. Shame on you Ann Arbor, you really blew it your a disgrace to the BMW brand, do us all a favor sell your dealership, please.

I was in the search of a used car, '03 330Ci, and found exactly what I wanted and more. Dustin was very informative, polite, genuine, and easy to work with. He didn't give you that ""cheesy car salesmen"" gut feeling that most of us get shopping for a new car. His professionalism shows and I will purchase another car from him when it's time again and will recommend to anyone interested in driving the ""Ultimate Driving Machine""! I was in and out of the dealership in no time! You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the front door of BMW Ann Arbor. Best BMW dealership in Michigan!

Currently, i've been trying to purchase the used 2002 Bmw 325i from BMW of Ann Arbor, and been having issues with getting a loan big-enough to cover this car due to me not having any Credit History.\r
\r
I've never missed any payments in my life when it comes to oweing anyone including paying my rent on time. I make a steady income and everything i just dont have any credit history. Now I must say, I first tried getting a car at GMC on Washtenaw. I was there for 5 hours wating for them to tell me that they cant give me a car except maybe a used one they had priced at 7k that was old and beat up. The manager basically told me that I wasnt gonna get anything better and made me feel like I was not worth his time.\r
\r
So i did some car searching and came across this beautiful bmw for $7,997 WAYY better than the busted up peice of jump GMC said I was worth. And I explained right away to (Dustin Johnson) that I did not have any credit history and offered $5,000.00 for the car. Even though the car could not be sold for anything lower than the marked price, he never turned me down or ignored me about wanting this car. He never made me feel i was not worth his time or anything. Hes even put the car on hold for me to find out my money situation when i saw others trying to get it. and has been nice and considerate the whole time.\r
\r
Fingers Crossed I get am able to come up with the rest of the money soon so that I dont keep him waiting and i can have my car that I feel I deserve.\r
\r
I just wanted to let everyone know that even if I am unable to get this car, I will always remember the service and respect hes given me.\r
\r
if you want a car from there I recommend speaking to Dustin Johnson\r
\r
I should also add the car that I am trying to get drives like a beauty and has been kept in good condition. It feels brand new to touch and looks brand new.
