The first reviewer is correct that the store seems disorganized, but the second reviewer is also correct in that the owner, Jeffrey (tall, red-headed, friendly guy), does indeed know what he has in the store and where everything is. If you have a lot of time to browse, it's well worth it and Jeffrey will be happy to let you be. But if you have less time, by all means discuss your wants and interests with Jeffrey, and odds are high that he'll quickly be able to help you find some wonderful items for your collection. The store has an impressively wide range of goodies, from books, magazines, comics, pulps, records, sports items (collegiate and professional), political memorabilia, film posters and stills, toys, games, the list is endless. It's a place not to be missed.

This is a collectors paradise. Spend some time just browsing or be amazed by asking. The owner knows where everything is in this incredibly jam packed store of used books and more. He has special sections on collectible chess books and some great Sci-Fi pulp from the 50's and 60's. I think he's read each and every book because he's accurate on every one I've asked about.

This place is a "not-to-miss" and a "return-often" kind of place that is one of the Ann Arbor Landmarks like Blimpy Burger, Zingermans, and the Cube.

This is a treasure hunting store. The books are all over the place and the store is quite unorganzied, but they have lots of old, collector items, like toys from the 80's, Star Trek toys, old post cards, posters, pictures, etc... in addition to all the books. Make sure to look all over the store - items are placed everywhere. Street parking can be a little difficult, but there is a parking structure not to far away. Great store for a collector!
