I have just lost a family member and was so distraught. I went into this florist with really no idea what I needed for the funeral and the wake. The lady there was so kind and helpful. I wanted to do something so grand but she knew that I was not thinking clearly and told me to just keep it simple and elegant. She explained to me the cost of flowers (which who knew how expensive that was) and what would be beautiful with much less cost to me. She could have talked me into anything but knew I was not in my right mind and did not take advantage of me. For that I am grateful. My Fathers funeral was everything he had wanted and more. The flowers were so beautiful and tastefully done. I can not thank the staff there enough.

I was very pleased with the staffs helpfulness. I came in having no idea what I wanted and they put together the most unique and beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Since then I have attended events where they have done the floral work. I have never been so impressed with the quality and one of the kind arrangements. My husband has even taken notice and that says a lot.

My sister and I went to this florist for a small yet inexpensive arrangement as a compliment to someones gift and were not completely satisfied with our experience there. We told her that we wanted something small and inexpensive and asked for suggestions. She then asked us again what we wanted, so we repeated ourselves. She then told us what idea she had which involved an iris. We said okay and then she asked, "You do know what an iris is, dont you?" We felt insulted because I would not think it to be a question that she would ask most of her other customers, and certainly not in the tone that she had given us. Nevertheless, the small arrangement was enjoyed by its recipient, so I guess that made up little for the challenging of our intelligences.
