I am driving to Livonia Chrysler Jeep on Fri All the Way From Cincinnati Ohio. I have always been treated like a king with them.
They have a Inventory of used durangos I plan to look at and if the price is fair I plan to drive it home. With my credit issues no one could get me approved here in Cincinnati and the selection is worth driving for. Friendly and fast and we worked together many times on the phone. Call Christine Parks or do what I did and log on to www.the-loanarranger.net. If you have credit problems they are great.

Super A+ dealership! I called all my info in and was pre-qualified over the phone, and they even told me what colors they had left and everything. Very helffpful with my first lease of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee-they were busy and even took the time to go over everythign with me, and had the car cleaned up and read for me to take when I arrived! Very helpful and free oil change first 3 months, or 3,000 miles.

We leased a brand new 2006 Chryster Town and Country on 11/22/05. The car was delivered to us and we immediately noticed a "hic-cupping" coming from the engine and after only 16 miles, the "check engine" light came on. We took it to Livonia Chryster Jeep dealer and they refused to give us a different car - saying that they would fix the TRANSMISSION - which had a technical problems. An off the lot car, was faulty and they refused to give us an exchange. Not only that, the manager was rude and unapologetic. Buyers BE WARE and go to ANOTHER DEALER, so you don't get yourself into a similar mess!

PROS:
CONS: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and POOR PRODUCT

I bought my last car from Livonia Chrysler Jeep and although I was satisfied with the car, I was not so satisfied with the service.

The rep was pushy. He didn't try to talk me into anything, but he did try to make me finalize my decision right there on the spot - which is not something I was planning on doing.

When I told him I was going to come back and buy the car with my dad, because I wanted my dad to check it out, he tried to pressure me into having my dad co-sign. Mind you, he never checked my credit, nor my dads - yet he was convinced I would get a 10x better rate if I signed with my dad. I was not having any of that either, I wanted to build my own credit. I had to pacify him by saying I would think about it, but that wasn't really true at all.

At home, I looked through the book and changed my mind about the type of engine, color and features I wanted. I emailed him about all the changes and there was no problem communicating through email. The only problems were in person.

The credit-guy talked to me and told me my credit was fine. I was right about having no need to co-sign. When I went to purchase the car, he talked to my dad more than me, irritiating, and tried to convince him I needed the bigger better warranty and all that. Whatever, I didn't want it so he eventually let it go.

Finally, he pushed for me to fill out this survey when I got it in the mail and said that although I could fill it out however I want, he will only get anything if I give a really high score. Needless to say, I received the survey and phone calls regarding the survey a dozen times and never filled it out. Don't try to guilt me into giving you a good score.

I have since read an article in a local business newspaper that all dealers are starting to get in trouble for pushing these high scores on surveys - I sure hope they do!

The car, however, was great. No problems. I got one free oil change and that was fine. I'm done with them unless it breaks!
