To simply begin is far to difficult...I suppose I'll begin with the "secured parking" in which many cars have been stolen, broken into, and lets not forget about the gas people are stealing out of our cars. Next the recent construction of their new bar has been a wonderful experience as well; constant water turn-offs, lack of pressure, and the best is no one to fix it! Than I guess next is you have to pay your own heat in the winter. The owner decided to put in (half-a***) electric heaters that hang out your outside walls, which is nice when you feel the breeze of a 20 degree winter while your windows freeze all over. I suppose another this is the bar, which is connected to the building and drunk boys are always trying to sneak into the building to get to whatever! Bottom line... DON'T LIVE HERE!!!

If you are looking for a spacious, bright and airy apartment with class and atmosphere, look no further. The apartments in this building are simply manificent: high ceilings, thick walls, security, and the charm of the 1920s. Location is great too if you work at Wayne State University or nearby. There is even a secure parking lot avaiable for a few quid extra. During the summer, there is a wonderful outdoor swimming pool to enjoy. This building has charm and history and is smack dab in the middle of Detroit's Cultural Center.
