I had to wait 30 minutes for my pedicure appointment- the woman did not say one word to me the whole time, not even an apology. The parking lot was full, so I did figure I would have to wait a while to get my hair done, but that was OK. I walked up to the front desk, and asked if I could get in that day for my hair, and she rudely said that they never can accomidate walk ins, and everyone had to make an appointment. I asked about the sign in the window, and she rudely explained that was not for me!
