This company is horrible. My 9 month pregnant wife too our vehicle there for repairs. They removed a bolt from the undercarriage, did the repairs and then hand tightened the bolt without torqueing it. It fell out and the whole transmission banged against the bottom of the vehicle as she struggled to drive 2 1/2 hours home from parents in the evening. The owner Jim Davis said, "we care" but denies any responsibilty whatsoever. Incredible.
