My wife had visited Sam at Professional Fleet Services to have work done after having several different repair shops in the area tell her they couldn't figure out what was causing a handful of odd problems. Sam was fast, helpful, and friendly then, so now that I have to take care of some problems with a car that's out of warranty but not yet paid off, this seemed like the place to go. I'm not trying to return it to showroom condition, but I need it to last another two years. Sam's been great about prioritizing what to fix, explaining why, and working out a plan to space repairs out so that I can afford them. Several times, he's taken time to talk with me about the car's issues on the phone. Sam's been a great help in dealing with a less-than-ideal situation. It's no wonder Professional Fleet Services is so busy.

Your fast response and timely communications in fixing our car was a very enjoyable experience! Explained the problem in easy terms to understand and fixed our car for a much lower price - Fast! We will be using Professional Fleet for all our future car needs! Professional Fleet saved us at least $800 from a previously quoted estimate at a well known car repair shop - Awesome Experience - Thank You Professional Fleet!!!

I have totally trusted all of my auto repair needs with Sam and his crew since I first walked into Professional Fleet several years ago. They have never let me down! If I need something they do not do,Sam is on the phone finding it for me.Exception,speedy work at a very fair price! I highly recommend this business to all my friends with confidence that they will be recommending it to their friends as well! Kudos

Nothing but great things to say about their car service! It is very reasonable in cost, quick, and friendly service is what this place is about. Anyone needing work done to their car should call this place first. Very good job done, returned my car quickly, and I was very impressed! Check them out!

This is the best, most reliable, honest and thorough car repair shop I have ever done business with!! I was referred to by another auto repair shop that could not perform the needed work (engine failure), we went to Sam and Professional Fleet and they were honest and efficient. Since then I have had other problems with another car and rather than take my money, Sam recommended that since my car was under warrarnty, I should return it to the dealership and get the work completed! These guys are honest and when you are an unsuspecting customer who knows minimal about car repairs, you can trust they will take care of your problem and offer you solutions that fit your budget!

I recently had service here and found the work to be done thoroughly and timely. I was impressed by the care and quality of the job done. They took a real interest in helping me maintain my car and educated me on how get long life out of my car by regular service. I felt like they really cared about me and it made me feel good about returning with other auto needs.

I have been to many car repair businesses seeking quality care for the different vehicles I have had, and Lansing Professional Fleet Auto Repair impresses me as one of the best auto repair shops I am aware of. There is no friendlier mechanic and car service provider than Sam, and the other mechanics there are very welcoming and industrious, so they provide an excellent atmosphere for car service and repair. The mechanics found the problem with my heater and fixed it within a relatively short period of time, and the cost for parts and labor were quite reasonable. If I have any further trouble with my vehicle, I'll take it back to Sam for quality care and friendly service.

I just had my Cavalier repaired at Professional Fleet and I was blown away by the friendliness of the people I spoke with. Most auto repair places are intimidating and condescending. Sam at Professional Fleet was neither of those. He was very patient and easy going about explaining everything they found wrong with my car. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could probably wait. There was no pressure to make expensive, unnecessary repairs. I am really excited about my experience with Professional Fleet. I plan on going there with all my future car repair needs. Thanks!

We first met Sam at a BNI meeting 3 or 4 years ago and what he said at the meeting he backed up at his place of business. Sam is one of the few honest mechanics who doesnt try to confuse you with big words or complicated explanations so its easy to see he isn't blowing smoke. We have always been able to get our vehicles in the shop in a moments notice or shortly thereafter. Repair or service has always been done quickly and at a very reasonable cost. If Sam ever said "Trust me" we would.

Professional Fleet does great work. Very knowledgeable, they have every answer you need about anything. They get things done fast and on schedule, if you need your car back by a certain day Professional Fleet WILL have it done. They do things right the first time so your not coming back to fix the same thing. I cant stress enough that they do things right and tell you what you need to hear the FIRST time, they don't cut corners. My F150 and my previous truck, a silverado, have been in for all my work that needs to be done. Great customer service, great warranties on all parts, its all around a good place to go. i would recommend it to anyone who wants it done right, NOT poorly. They may not be the cheapest, they are fair, but it's quality work

I have repaired my 1994 GMC Sonoma at Professional Fleet since 2001. They have always treated me with respect. If I couldn't afford the repair they would arrange payment methods with me. My vehicle was always done the same day. I have referred Professional Fleet to my co-workers and customers many of which are single mom's and college kids.

I have been taking my SUV to Sam at Professional Fleet for the last two years at the recommendation of my son. What a great decision! My beloved Chevy (circa 2002) was falling apart because of the harsh Michigan winters of 2005-2007. I had left it in the driveway all winter during those years. I have no idea how Sam does it, but he has managed to keep me on the road and has bent over backward make sure I have the most cost effective, quality parts for my SUV. He even hi-jacked a very hard to find part from one of his workers' basement. I have never felt hassled or stressed about how to manage payment for repairs, and my car has been repaired and returned really fast! I truly appreciate knowing that my car is in good hands and I am looking forward to having my next vehicle serviced at Professional Fleet Svc World-there's a real family feeling over there!

I just want to say that Sam, the owner is the most honest car repair dealer I've ever met.
I'm always amazed at how consistent he is in repairs and how he goes beyond the necessary needs and makes each person feel as if he'll get it right, the first time or when they are ready to handle the issue.... no pressure just knowledge and support.
Had he went into medicine and/or law, his billable hours and office hours would be through the roof b/c he is efficient and well qualified! :-)

I switched to Professional Fleet Service after unhappy (read: dishonest) dealings from another Lansing garage. In short, they were recommending work that was unnecessary, and doing a poor job with repairs. I went to PFS, and found Sam a darned hard worker, honest, and willing to go the extra mile to provide you what you need -- without trying to coax more out of you. I recommend him, recommend his garage, without qualification.

I have been very satisfied on all 3 occasions visting them. They are professional, friendly, and do a great job working on vehicles. Highly recommended, please visit them and give them a shot!!!

While im filling this out it is asking me for cons. The only thing i can think of is that they don't have girly magazines, and i dont think that even counts ;-) Proffessional Fleet had taken care of me many times. They have the honesty to tell me when i come in to get a couple things fixed what i need right now and what i can save up for and get fixed later. That to me shows how respectable they are. I dont know alot about cars so when by mechanic brother gets protective and asks me exactly what they did and what they charge, i simply show him the sheet sam gives me smiles and says good job. Coming from a mechanic that is a very good sign!
