Excellent dealership. Salesperson actually worked (calculated, searched on computer, offered suggestions) to get us in a car we liked with monthly payments we could afford. When you go, ask for Rudy - great salesman, friendly but not pushy, takes the time to tell you about the dealership not just pressure to buy a car. He even turned over the sale to the initial sales rep we spoke to the day before, when that guy got off lunch. He's a rare breed in the world today - an honest, hard working, NICE guy.

EXTENDED WARRANTY IS A SCAM!!

Wants to charge $$$ for work that I could get for a 1/4 of their price, then when I declined for not wanting to get reamed, they charged me $48.00 for test driving the car to find what the problem was.

My experiences with Bill Brown Ford have always been top-notch. My most recent experience involved not only the sales team (Tony J.), but also the body shop (Joe H.). I couldn't have asked for better service. I was dealing with a vehicle that had been completely destroyed in an accident. The body shop was very quick to assess the damage and coordinate with my insurance so that I was able to buy a new vehicle within a 3 day time frame. My salesman, Tony J, was wonderful. My entire family buys cars from this dealership and we always deal with Tony. He makes everything simple and efficient. He answers all of our questions and makes sure we are happy with our purchase.

I've purchased all of my vehicles from Bill Brown Ford and never had an issue. I feel awful for the woman who left the bad review, because it seems like she was placed with a salesperson who didn't know what they were doing.
I've been going to Bill Moore for years. He's always treated me with respect and answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. He even came into work on a Saturday to deliver my vehicle because I wasn't able to get in during the week.
I would recommend Bill Brown Ford to anyone, but I would also recommend which salesperson they go to.

What a disappointing and frustrating experience. I have been a loyal Ford customer for 20+ years and I went to this dealership expecting to walk out a happy customer. Instead I get a rude and pretentious sales rep by the name of laurie who was too busy to answer my questions, then she refers me to another rep ( Vita)who was definately on something. She pounds on her keyboard and turns her screen and tells me that is the price-take it or leave it. Well I definately got up and left it and took my business to a Dodge dealership!!!!

We have bought our last 4 vehicles from Bill Brown(used) and have received good deals on them.The salesman have always been kind.The vehicles have lasted a long time as long as my husband didn't total them.

We were very pleased with our experience and will continue to buy/lease cars from this dealer. I reccomend them to all.

They had a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. When we returned there ensuing times for scheduled maintenance, everything was done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone
