On July 24th 2008 we sold a 1993 Terry travel trailer for its value of $3500 in its condition [which was rough] to Joe. We had made no guarantees on this unit. We agreed to patch the leaky spots on the roof with again, no guarantee. We

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTER THE SALE!!! After reading this review I was quite surprised. Our experience with International RV was nothing like this. We purchased a used fifth wheel and we knew going in that there were no warranties either expressed or implied, we were offered this information up front by our sales person. We requested some things to be addressed cosmetically and all of them were done to our satisfaction. Barry the General Manager was great to deal with and really worked hard to get us financed. Also everyone that we dealt with at the dealership was kind and professional, and very knowledgeable. We picked our unit up and it was clean and everything was inspected and worked. We were also shown by the service staff how to use all the different components. Overall I would give our experience with International RV World in Bay City, MI a 10/10. Excellent!!!! And why I am so surprised by this review is that we also had a fridge that the cooling unit failed and we had an ammonia smell. We called and spoke with our salesperson who had Barry call us back the same day. He got us over to the service department and Jamie took care of everything for us. By the way we had had our unit for about a month so clearly they checked the fridge and we had used it and it worked. So they owed us nothing. But they sold us the fridge at their cost and installed it for 50.00. To help us and stand behind sale they did it for no profit at all. We were so impressed and recommend that anyone looking for a RV should give International RV a chance. Happy Campers Tom and Sue

Buyer Beware of International RV world, Inc. International RV World will say anything to gain a sale, the sales person will Buyer Beware of International RV world, Inc you into thinking that the manager is picky and will make sure every thing is in good and working condition and clean before you pickup your RV after you agree to purchase it. Here is my experience with International RV World. me and my spouse found a camper that fit our needs at International RV World. the camper had some water damage on the ceiling we questioned the sales person about the roof and we were told that the roof had been repaired.so I put a down payment and signed a purchase agreement on the camper on the condition that everything be checked out and everything in working condition, the sales person said that the managerwas picky and everything would be checked and cleaned and set a date for us to pick it up. a couple days later International RV World called and said everything checked out but the fridge needed a part and they would fix it so we agreed to buy it. we went and picked it up brought it home and pluged in the camper to cool the fridge so we could go camping on the weekend the next morning I opened the fridge and a strong ammonia smell came out so i called them back and i was told it was just cleaners just rewash it out it should be fine. acouple hours later it did not work at all. then we hooked up the water and had leaks in the water lines and the toilet sprayed water out the back when you flush it and the hot water only works on gas. I fixed the leaks and used a compact fridge to go camping anyway. on the way back home the roof ripped open where they had repaired it. it took me 9 days to contact the manager and the only thing that he is willing to do is sell me a new fridge and charge me to install a new one and called me a lier about the roof ripping open where they had repaired it. I even tried to call the president and he has never returned my calls.
