DO NOT USE . After having heat off from ice storm we needed our house one we have up for sale and are not living in winterized to save the pipes. called on Friday the receptionist told me they can be out that night but it would be better

Well, our heater went out on a day when it was 31 degrees outside. We called them at 11:45 in the am and they said they would send someone out. At around four o clock when noone had yet come we called again. They stated again someone would be out. After eight o clock at night with still noone there and by now it is 50 degrees in the house, we still heard nothing. We bundled up the kids and put them in our room and huddled together with a movie. The next morning we realized we had missed a call at 8:30, almost nine hours later. We immediately returned the call and they stated again someone would be out. This continued all day as my husband waited at home for them to show up all day long. WE were in cintact with them three times during this period. It is now 8:40 the next night, 48 hours later, and I called the home of the owner. It;'s a small business and basically she said she had no idea if they would make it out and that if I was more responsible and had answered my phone the night before this would not have happened. Nevermind the fact that nine hours later Jenks brothers plumbing and heating was a no show. I explained why I had not heard it and asked if someone would be out or if they were not coming. She told me she could guarantee nothing and that if I didn't like it I could pretty much go elsewhere. Now I realize that customer service has taken a dive in this world, but I never realized just how bad it was. This lady is fully aware that I have two small children, her company screwed around the entire time and somehow even though I waited at home and did everything a paying customer does she made it to be our fault with no apology. She treated me like I was some scumbag becuase I lease my home and implied that maybe my property manager should be callign her. I would advise anyone against using this service. Mind you this was the owner, not just an employee.. What has happened in this world when a paid company leaves a family in the cold.

Pros: Nothing....

Cons: Terrible service, did not show up and were very rude.
