5 Stars: very easy to deal with (by ram ..)

Jeffrey Acura was very easy to do business with. I did entire deal over the internet, just came in for delivery. They even come out to my office to pick up my car for an oil change.

5 Stars: BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! (by Shantell B.)

I went to Jeffrey Automotive, praying to get financed on a pre-owned vehicle...only to find out that the 'special finance' manager was so knowledgeable about the banks programs and credit, she put me into a BRAND NEW CAR! She even explained to me, that after I make some on-time payments, I can re-finance the car with a local credit union. BONUS! I have never felt treated so good before in my life. And to think that I was scared to go to a 'big dealership' because I thought I'd get turned down.........

No pressure environment, they definately try to do what's best for the customer.

1 Stars: Jeffrey Acura Buick Nissan Kia is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST (by Greg B.)

This is the worst place we have ever done business with. Double talk from start to finish. Was there to buy a new car. Had a trade, I informed the salesman of bluebook value, he said they go by nada. They offered me $5,000 for a 2004 Saturn L300 fully loaded with 55,600 miles in beautiful conditon. Much less than nada value. They actually had a 2004 L300 wagon on their lot in much poorer condition than ours for $10,000 and a 2004 sedan with 69,700 miles for $9445.00 and had the nerve to offer me that little for our mint condition car. Oh my God HOW MUCH PROFIT DO they need? The appraiser did not even get off his duff to look at the car. Gave appr. amount from the chair. Only when I told salesman this appraisal was a joke and we were leaving did the salesman come out to the car to say the appraiser would look at the car. Also the KIA web. said 0% financing for 48 months, salesman said website was wrong. RIGHT!!! Good way to get people into the dealership! When I said someone should get the offer changed to read correctly so someone did not drive there expecting to get what was advertised. They all could care less. When we were leaving we informed salesman we were going to lodge complaint with owner he laughed and said no one gets to speak to Jeffrey Tamaroff. Bottom line we went up the street to Moran chevy, got $700.00 off list, 0% financing for 5 years and over $6000.00 for trade. What a difference in all around treatment. These folks know how to value someones business. I did not even have to ask for anything off list price, our salesman Ben Weir said he would do his best for us on price and he sure told the truth. Evidently Jeffrey makes so much money he doesn't look to what his people are doing, that being running people out of his showrooms. Bottom line... I would never darken their door again.....simply a bad experience, they are a fine example of a first rate third rate dealership.

5 Stars: Jeffrey Acura (by Jimmie L.)

I bought a 2005 Acura MDX with 34000 miles on it elsewhere. I took in to Jeffrey for it's first oil change under my ownership. The service staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The oil change and filter was $37.09 which included a visual outside and under the hood inspection, topping of all fluids, A foam car bath and interior vacuum and cleaning! Awesome!! Highly recommended.

1 Stars: Jeffrey Acura (by reddi v.)

I went to jeffrey acura to buy an MDX, but the sales person over there was rude. He did not know how to treat his customers. I would never ever visit this store to buy a vehicle.

4 Stars: No pressure salesman (by jennifer m.)

My mom and myself went into this dealership expecting to be overcharged because we were females. We'll that didn't happen here we were treated with great respect and understanding when looking for a used car. The salesman didn't try to push us into any deal nor did they try to upsell a car that was to pricey for us.

4 Stars: Good Experience buying Nissan (by Karen S.)

We were able to get an advertised lease price on a Nissan Altima at this dealership. Yes, they actually had the vehicle they advertised at that price. The only problem we had at this dealership was a problem with the salesman making some inappropriate sexual comments to my husband and I. (Along the lines of things we would be doing in the car.) What was this guy thinking? No way to treat a customer coming in to make a major purchase. That being said, we would visit this dealership again but avoid the ignorant salesman.
