The salesman was very pleasant. However, he would not budge on the price whatsoever. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch and we could not shop around. We had to turn our lease in early because of the mileage and we had assumed the leftover cost from that lease would either be rolled into our new purchase costs or would be absorbed, at least in part by the dealership. We had stopped in and spoken to our normal salesman a few months ago (unfortunately he has retired since that time) and that is what he had proposed. After we signed all the forms, etc. our salesman then informed us that our previous leasing company would be contacting us to set up payments to get that lease paid off. So basically we have double car payments for 6 months. Not sure how we can handle that!!! Also, we first informed that we were approved for 1.9% financing. When we picked up the new car, we were then told that we would be paying 2.4%, why can't they get these things straight?!!!

If you want your car repaired right - skip this dealership. I took my car in on 3/9/11 for a 120,000 mile tune up. They flushed the automatic steering fluid as part of the tune-up. Three weeks later, my car had no get-up-an-go so I called my brother who said it sounded like a transmission issue and how to check. When I opened the hood, I had transmission fluid all over the inside of the car and the cause was that the dip stick wasn't put back in properly. Since it wasn't tightend, it took 3 weeks for 2 quarts to leak out and the car to start running slow. Had I not been on the ball, I would be looking at replacing a transmission. Thanks Jeffrey Kia - I've called 3 times and have yet to have my service person (Christian) call me back. I really regret giving them high marks but won't have that issue every again as I won't be going back.

I like the Extera we purchased, it is an excellent car but we did not purchase it at Jeffery Nissan. I brought it there for convenience reasons. Thier service dept. is a joke. I had to do all the leg work for them to get warrenty info. They wouldn't call the dealer I bought it from, so I did it, gave it to them and everytime warrenty work needed to be done I had to get them the info. I will now find some other dealership to bring it to. These people are also not very good with the info they need to do their jobs. If I asked a question I was always (no b.s.) sent to someone else for answers, it got rediculous.
Stay away far far away!!!!

I had tried to get financed for a new or pre owned vehicle at several places. I was about to give up until I went online to the Jeffrey Buick-Nissan web site. I was pre approved on line. I got a call from them the same day. Set up an appointment for the following day and drove out the that day with a 2009 car! I never thought that would ever happen. I really appreciated the service and will continue doing business with them.

Really poor service department; don't let the "awards" they have up fool you. I purchased a nissan pickup truck with 40,000 miles on it from these guys a while back; since it was used, I also bought one of their so-called "warranties". Man, I can't believe how many problems I had with that truck. Not long after I bought it, a headgasket blew. Since no other auto repair place would honor the warranty, i brought it back to the service dept. at the dealership. They told me nothing was wrong with it. The problem continued to worsen, and the car developed a number of other problems over the next several weeks; the engine kept overheating, and the timing chain started loosinging up as well. I kept bringing it back in over the next month or so; the service dept kept telling me nothing was wrong with it. The second from my last visit, they acnowledged that the timing chain was a little loose, but nothing to be concerned with. TWO DAYS LATER, on my way to my final exams, the timing chain broke, tearing into the engine block and ripping out a bunch of hoses. I somehow ended up with radiator fluid inside my engine block. After dragging the truck to the dealers, they informed me that none of the damages would be covered by my "warranty" because I should have had the timing chain replaced. Overall, I got about 20,000 miles out of that pickup. Thirteen grand down the drain! Now I also have chronic back injuries from all the times I had to push that pickup truck off the road whenever it conked out. Two strong recommendations; stay away from both the "warranties" they sell, as well as the service department at Jeffrey Nissan!

Jeffrey Acura was very easy to do business with. I did entire deal over the internet, just came in for delivery. They even come out to my office to pick up my car for an oil change.

I went to Jeffrey Automotive, praying to get financed on a pre-owned vehicle...only to find out that the 'special finance' manager was so knowledgeable about the banks programs and credit, she put me into a BRAND NEW CAR! She even explained to me, that after I make some on-time payments, I can re-finance the car with a local credit union. BONUS! I have never felt treated so good before in my life. And to think that I was scared to go to a 'big dealership' because I thought I'd get turned down.........

No pressure environment, they definately try to do what's best for the customer.

This is the worst place we have ever done business with. Double talk from start to finish. Was there to buy a new car. Had a trade, I informed the salesman of bluebook value, he said they go by nada. They offered me $5,000 for a 2004 Saturn L300 fully loaded with 55,600 miles in beautiful conditon. Much less than nada value. They actually had a 2004 L300 wagon on their lot in much poorer condition than ours for $10,000 and a 2004 sedan with 69,700 miles for $9445.00 and had the nerve to offer me that little for our mint condition car. Oh my God HOW MUCH PROFIT DO they need? The appraiser did not even get off his duff to look at the car. Gave appr. amount from the chair. Only when I told salesman this appraisal was a joke and we were leaving did the salesman come out to the car to say the appraiser would look at the car. Also the KIA web. said 0% financing for 48 months, salesman said website was wrong. RIGHT!!! Good way to get people into the dealership! When I said someone should get the offer changed to read correctly so someone did not drive there expecting to get what was advertised. They all could care less. When we were leaving we informed salesman we were going to lodge complaint with owner he laughed and said no one gets to speak to Jeffrey Tamaroff. Bottom line we went up the street to Moran chevy, got $700.00 off list, 0% financing for 5 years and over $6000.00 for trade. What a difference in all around treatment. These folks know how to value someones business. I did not even have to ask for anything off list price, our salesman Ben Weir said he would do his best for us on price and he sure told the truth. Evidently Jeffrey makes so much money he doesn't look to what his people are doing, that being running people out of his showrooms. Bottom line... I would never darken their door again.....simply a bad experience, they are a fine example of a first rate third rate dealership.

I bought a 2005 Acura MDX with 34000 miles on it elsewhere. I took in to Jeffrey for it's first oil change under my ownership. The service staff were friendly, courteous and professional. The oil change and filter was $37.09 which included a visual outside and under the hood inspection, topping of all fluids, A foam car bath and interior vacuum and cleaning! Awesome!! Highly recommended.

I went to jeffrey acura to buy an MDX, but the sales person over there was rude. He did not know how to treat his customers. I would never ever visit this store to buy a vehicle.

My mom and myself went into this dealership expecting to be overcharged because we were females. We'll that didn't happen here we were treated with great respect and understanding when looking for a used car. The salesman didn't try to push us into any deal nor did they try to upsell a car that was to pricey for us.

We were able to get an advertised lease price on a Nissan Altima at this dealership. Yes, they actually had the vehicle they advertised at that price. The only problem we had at this dealership was a problem with the salesman making some inappropriate sexual comments to my husband and I. (Along the lines of things we would be doing in the car.) What was this guy thinking? No way to treat a customer coming in to make a major purchase. That being said, we would visit this dealership again but avoid the ignorant salesman.
