Belle Tire

Dishonest people that have scammed me. They did extra things that i did not require and charged me for it. Also, would not change my fuel filter even though my dealer highly recommended it. Their excuse, "too complicated". I highly suggest avoiding this place to get your car fixed.

hi,
i am divakar here.
i have a problem with starting the car.
yesterday we drove around 60miles in the night,
after that we parked the vehicle, after 2 min we try to start the car, the car is not started.
plz guide me what is the problem with the battery r anything else.

My 18 Old daughter went to Belle Tire in May of 2007 to have the passenger front tire replaced. Which was completely flat. Instead of replacing the bad tire they replaced the back passenger tire and simply put a plug in the front tire and charged the full price of new tire of 65.00. 5 days later the front tire was flat again. After several tows to Belle Tire to remedy the scam, all they did was give excuse after excuse on why the front tire was flat and that it's fixed. I made several attempts in October 2007 and again every time I brought the car home within four days the tire would go flat. At one point I left the car there for four days. Chris went off saying that the tire was fine and has not lost a single pound of air in the last four days, I replied with "the tire is flat again". I will never go back to Belle Tire again or recommend it to anyone. Chris was rude and has no clue on how to talk to customers. With his nasty toupee and the tone in his voice was totally uncalled for. My daughter is an out of state college student and was home for the summer and most of the time her car sat in the driveway with a flat tire because Belle Tire did not replace the tire that she paid for. So I took it upon myself to try to deal with the issue and it did not get me anywhere. The tire is now flat again but this I will NOT go back to Belle Tire I will go somewhere else. I live a mile away from Belle Tire, next time anyone in my family needs their tires replaced I will drive the extra mile to avoid Belle Tire and Chris. I will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this matter and Citibank to initiate a charge-back.

I highly recommend this tire company. My Dad used them and we have now used them for years. The service is always good and they are competitively priced. One time we had a problem with one of our tires leaking air we took it in and they gave us a brand new tire at no cost. They were quick and courteous. I would never go anywhere else for tires. They also have free coffee and TV while you wait, which has never been long

The service at this Belle tire has been great. They are competitivly priced and back up their work. I had to return a tire a few years back and there were no problems. The warantee on brakes is great too.

Our family has used Belle Tire many time in the past couple of years. Just recently I had a flat tire and drove to the Novi location. I was in and out within 20 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. The employee who originally took down my information came to the waiting room, called my name, showed me a nail and said, "you're all set." I asked, "Isn't there a charge." The Belle Tire employee said, "No, it's free and you're ll set." It was hard to believe that I was in and out in 20 minutes and I didn't have an appointment! By the way, there was a TV to watch and fresh coffee available - which was nice while waiting.
