It was taking me 4 to 4-1/2 hours to dry my towels in my dryer. A Technician from Berkley Appliance came out and cleaned out the air vents, cleaned the filters, checked it thoroughly out, and offered some tips. Now I dry the same towels in about 40 to 45 minutes. Great service. Great advice. Friendly and helpful Techs. Reliable and reasonable. I recommend them very highly.

I ended my phone call with a Berkley Appliance salesman after an argumentative exchange was made after I declined to order parts they told me I needed that I didn't really need. I asked to speak with the owner and he refused. Piss poor service from a small, local establishment. I placed my order easily and with no hassle and for less on the internet

idiot technician installing new garbage disposal fails to reconnect the dishwasher to the disposal. Does he check his work..NO.!!!..
Later that niight start the dishwasher cycle...water floods the kitchen. Company should find more professional technicians.

Berkley Appliance is a great resource for repairing home appliances. They show up on time and when they tell you they will. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. The serviceman was polite and respectful, and repaired to aplliances in a timely manner. I was really inpressed with their quality and service.
