I agree with everything Suzanne wrote. I am frustrated that it is open only 5 days a week, year round. However, I need to add that although the selection might be limited. You can request information from other libraries. Usually, it only takes a few days. I also feel that it is extremely important to support the library, and to keep it open. Also, the staff are always extra helpful!

Growing up, I visited this library often. They have an entire section dedicated to young kids so I could always find something new to read. As a young adult, I frequented the library for older kids books.

As an adult, I only visited this library for a few reference materials but found it doesn't really meet my needs. It's more of a place for the young. I recommend taking your kids here because it is smaller and easier to navigate than most of the other libraries around here - and they definitely have a lot of books for your kids as they grow up! It's never really been busy any of the times I went. Rumor is that they are trying to close it down so go and visit and support our local library! Your kids will thank you :)

PROS: Lots of kids through teens books
CONS: I don't really use it as an adult

This library is nice and quiet. Never overcrowded. You can get in the isles find a table and even log onto a computer without much wait. You can rent dvd's and vhs tapes also. New books are harder to find in but they do have a waiting list. You can access them online to see if they have what you want in stock also. Nice all around library.
