.

Great pub with atmosphere. I was even given sample shots to try before I selected which beer to buy. Located near shopping and the entrance to the falls.

Seven years ago I was told about camp 33's brewery while visiting the U.P. The food portions were over flowing, the service was outstanding, and an over all great experience. I told everyone I how great it was and bragged it up.How ever recently I returned to the U.P. with my girlfriend. We couldn't wait to get there for lunch. We drove there from Whitefish point, all the way there I kept telling Kay how great it would be, just hold on. What a let down. First off the place was packed, I had to pay to park, no parking in the lot. I was one car length from the exit before I found a spot. (should of been a sign of things to come)Then there was the one and a half hour wait to be seated. my table turned out to be in the waiting area. Then the food portions must of been rationed. Ordered two sodas they came and were consumed long before our food ever reached the table. After I finally got our waitress back we were informed there were no free refills. The only thing that seemed to come quickly there was the check.I will never dine there again, I will come back for the the falls they are great, but the Camp 33 food leaves alot to be desired.I humbly appoligize to all the people I misslead to this place in the last six years. I promise to never brag about this place again.

What a surprise to find a brewery and restaurant inside a state park! The ale is excellent, you can also get a sampler of the brews if you cant decide! They also have there own root beer! Very Good!. A nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere with good food and service. Highly recommended at the end off the 4 mile hike between the Falls.
