Went to The Waterford location looking for a lap-top and the service was amazing from the time I walked in until the time I left! I must admit I am a computer idiot I did not know what I wanted but they guided me through and ensured me that I was making a excellent choice...Great customer service while I was there waiting for the Geek Squad to hook up my new laptop the Girls at the customer service helped me look up a receipt they were all very friendly I would DEFINITELY shop here again and anytime I know someone who needs a PC I send them there & they always have the same result ,,Complete satisfaction!!!

I got all the help that I needed to find what I was looking for and I even found out that they have an item that I was not sure they had. That is very good. The staff are superfriendly and helpful. The store is clean, bright, and easy to negotiate. I would highly recommend this store.

Whenever visiting this store I never have a problem getting what I need. I am able to find help most of the time and the prices are usually very competitive with the competition.
