I have banked with 5/3 for years. I don't really have any gripes about the bank itself,but this location continually gives me problems. My mother and I have the same first and last name, with different middle names. Never fails that when I go to this branch they end up confusing the two of us. I needed a cashiers check for a large dollar amount. I gave the girl my drivers license and she completed the transaction. She gave me my license back, with a receipt showing the funds deducted from my mothers account! I was horrified! She said the only way to correct it was for me to write a check to deposit into my moms account. She couldn't just internally correct it. That was the last straw. I don't go to this branch any more.
