Triple Crown Watch Co

I stopped in on my lunch looking for a new watch band to replace one that was worn on my everyday watch. I was suprised at the selection and how quick they replaced it. I was in and out in 20 minutes and wearing the watch with the new band installed. The person there even told me they had a $5 off coupon on their website(A christmas sale I think?) and gave me the discount. Needless to say, I was quite satisfied.

I needed a new band for a Swiss Army Watch I received many years back. I took it to Triple Crown and they replaced it while I waited. Their selection of bands and watches was very good. I ended up buying a Techno watch for my girlfriend while I waited and they gave me a great deal. She went back after her birthday and they sized it free of charge for her. I had a very good experience all around.

I went in to get my watch battery replaced at Triple Crown Watch Co. The first thing I said to the person behind the counter after saying, "Hello, how are you today?" was that I know a person who works at a store who sends their watches to you for repair and I would like my watch repaired at a good price, can you help me? He takes a look at my watch and tells me no problem it's $x.xx plus the cost of the battery and it will only take a few minutes. I said doesn't it cost more than that because it's pressurized and don't you need to do it with a special machine so it's still water resistant? He said, "Well yeah if you want it to be water resistant".
What an idiot for not knowing I want my water resistant watch to stay water resistant. So then I ask how much it would cost to do it correctly. The guy in the back room who is the owner says, "Well at xxxx store we charge them $20.00 for that repair, but for you it's $49.99. So I ask him to do it for me for $30.00 because he is making $10.00 more than if I took it to the other store. He said thats stupid and a number of other things regarding asking for a better price on gas because the station down the street sells it cheaper. I said I'm asking to pay $10.00 more than the price you make if I was to take it to the other store. He didn't understand this and wasnt very polite about anything (he must have had a really lousy day).
I could tell he didn't really care what came out of his mouth to the customer and he didn't want me in his store anymore so I informed him that his service is lousy and that he's very rude and I will let everyone know how horrible my shopping experience was and headed out the door. As I was walking out of his store he started yelling stuff as I walked out into the parking lot. I will never shop or recommend Triple Crown Watch Co to anyone!

I had Four watches that needed batteries replaced and one that was not keeping time right.. . I took them in and all the batteries were replaced and tested while I waited. The one that was not working was fixed to. The store had a large selection of med-high end watches and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. I will be stopping in there when it comes time to buy a new watch. Nice to see a small company still doing great work.

Initially the service was great. They seemed to be professional. The servicing took longer than I had expected. I would keep a close eye on the parts installed.

My husband wore a Rolex for years. Unfortunately, it was stolen. It was a terrible disappointment, but I just knew that when I went into TCWC I would find something to replace it affordably at Christmas several years ago. Boy was I right!! I looked for just the right thing. Let's face it, a Rolex is hard to compete with! Under my budget considerbly, I found him a watch that had elegance, style & was sophisticated (just like him) and even though he was hesitant to "change" because it was silver tone (he wears gold jewlery) he fell in love with it after one day and still receives compliments on it! Thank you Triple Crown Watch Co. you have set the standard. I dare anyone to try and match it!!

Triple Crown Watch Company has a very large selection of name brand watches and are very competitive on prices.
This company has been in business for many years and will stand behind their products.
You can also pick up a new watch band or batteries for your old watch. They will be glad to put it on for you or replace the batteries.
